The manager Angie was very understanding and worked with keeping me updated on the steps I needed to take when I fell behind on my unit. She was very helpful . She was able to waive some fees and get an adjustment on my unit to help me get back on track with my payments. I highly recommend this facility and it feels good knowing that there are people like Angie that are for the customer. “Had a good experience with reserving a space and working with the staff to rent/secure it.
■Parking is rough at first, because it's only a few spots on the street. Once you're a customer you can open the gate and park inside.
■Staff handles their work expertly and politely.
■First month of insurance was covered.
■They have an auto-pay option.
■Each unit you rent you get a bolt cutter "proof" lock. (These are good)
■There are three (3) orange carts for you to use.
■Closeout was a breeze. Just clean up and remove your lock!
If I need space again, I'll go here and see what they have first before anywhere else.”

He offered a golf ride to and from the spot for my boyfriend so he didn’t have to walk as I drove my fully packed car too which was thoughtful! He also made my complicated set up way more simple considering everything was initially set up by my dad from back home (states away)! I would stay all day to talk to Leo !!”

“Manager Diona is amazing, facility is new and clean, much nicer than other storage locations I've experienced. Easy access with phone app, indoor parking as long as there aren't too many cars. I never write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Had some trouble with a different Public Storage location (as well as my online account due to apparent backend technical issues), but Diona patiently helped me get moved in and was a pleasure to be around, and I'm happy to have found this location. Jeff from Joliet also was incredible in trying to help me out remotely over the phone, could tell both he and Diona genuinely care and will do their best to help. Very pleased with the customer service after some initial hiccups. Highly recommend!”

“I reserved a storage locker online, but I wasn’t quite sure that the space I rented was the right size for my needs, so I popped in to take a look in person. I was in luck as Dee, the property manager, happened to be in, and she took the time to give me a tour and show me several options. She was so friendly and helpful that I immediately felt I was in good hands. Shout out to Dee for great customer service!
For people not familiar with this location, there’s really no “office space,” but there’s a kiosk where you can video chat with a live person. There’s also a phone number listed at the entry, so you can use that as well.”
