Slow, slow and slow. One car in front of me in drive up. That car left and I stll waited 13 minutes to just cash a check. One teller working lobby and drive up. Manager at meeting and one greeter in lobby. Should train greeter to jump in when backed up.

32 minutes to do a simple cash deposit . Whoever does the scheduling should be fired. A single teller on tax day. INSTANT FIRED.

I was amazed by how responsive my account manager Abby Rexhepi was when i reached out for help during the current crisis our country is facing. She was extremely helpful with our banking needs and providing advice and guidance. I will be telling everyone i know if they had issues with their bank they should be switching to Abby at PNC. Never get a mortgage with them. They set up to churn through as many loans as possible but can't keep up on the backend. I had a horrible experience closing on my house. They delayed my closing twice by over 2 weeks due to their incompetence. They are overworked and undertrained. PNC is the worst bank I've ever dealt with by far.

The banker couldn't tell me the details of opening an account. She told me "or" when i specifically asked to make sure. Received an email with "and". Very disappointing

This bank has outstanding customer service!! I have conducted business at several banks, and this one is by far the most customer friendly by far! Other banks could learn a thing or two about how it's done by visiting this branch.
