Tom over at Paolucci was so kind and patient. I had brought in an old watch for my girlfriends son that his grandfather had given him. The watch was completely dead and Tom had tried two different batteries to see if he could get the thing working again. I also needed links taken off at so it would fit his wrist. In the end the watch was unable to get to a functional state but he removed links and I was charged nothing! Very professional and nice people I would 100% come here again for any fixes or new jewelry purchases going forward. The time spent just trying to revive this old watch meant the world to me and even though it doesn’t work the fact my girlfriends son can wear the watch around now is priceless.

Tom is very helpful on fixing my mom’s ring which is very sentimental to me. Also he fixed my engagement ring at a reasonable price better from the original jeweler. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience today when I came in to have the prongs checked on my engagement ring. Tom examined my ring thoroughly with the jewelers loupe and determined the prongs were intact and everything looked sturdy and nothing required repair. He offered to clean my wedding band and engagement ring and now they look brand new again and this was all free of charge. Very kind and very professional and I am very grateful :)

Went in to get some links fixed on current watch, not purchased from here. Owner was willing to fix my watch and make sure it was done correctly. Didn’t have to take time out of his day to fix an item that was not his. Very much appreciated

I stopped in with a few older pieces that I needed repaired. The clerk was honest about the condition of my pieces and promised me that he would do his best to repair my bracelet. He indeed exceeded my expectations and I am beyond grateful! I get to hold on to a jewelry piece that has been in my family for years. Thank you!

I recently came her for a small watch repair on a piece that I didn't buy there. While they didn't have the exact same hardware to affect the repair the owner did indeed fix the watch. He was determined to deliver satisfaction. That passion for service combined with quality, selection, and price is what makes this place worth of a visit. A vastly different experience than what you get a the big box stores. That's the reason for their over 35 years of existence.

This boutique family owned business is focused on satisfaction. I recently went in for a minor watch repair on a piece I didn't even purchase there and they were not only committed to help me but did the repair on the spot. They are passionate about quality, service and satisfaction. You can hear it in their voice and experience in the delivery of their product. This place is a gem (pun intended) and a vastly different jewelry experience than what you get at the big box stores.
