Everything seemed to go okay with upgrading a phone until we left. Realized that our bill was $10 more a month, turned out we were charged insurance! It was not offered to us, and we did not give consent to have it added on. Also, there was an activation fee, which is fine, but once again, was not mentioned and ended up going on a card we did not want it on... very unhappy and felt scammed.

Went into this store March 15, 2023 around 2 PM and was yelled at by the sales associate because I wanted to port my number over and it would take too long for him. He refused to listen to what I wanted or needed and just assumed he knew the best for me. I left the store and went with something different. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The guys sold me a 5g phone that its lock to t-mobile and the phone its pay for but the owner before me owner money on the account so am not able to unlock or use with other network semestre to me that they're doing some crocket business there I when to get a metro phone not a t-mobile phone with account not pay for hope metro by t-mobile stop the parnership with this crocket people
