The jewelry is too expensive. For Indian people I suggest not to buy gold items here. They don’t sell it by the price of gram. Get the gold jewelry with you when you visit India.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I took my engagement ring to get resized and the said a week . Next they said a few days or more . So I go in person to pick up my ring to take it elsewhere and they said they have the ring somewhere else and can not bring it . Excuse me you are with holding my engagement ring ! I told them I will call the cops if they do not return my ring . The lady wanted to argue with me . Horrible customer service . Never was told they would take my ring elsewhere , like why? It is just a resize adjustment.

this people have the sorest customer service the owner has big time attitude with customers i gave one jewelry to repair they said 1 week took 3 weeks when i went to collect they start yelling giving attitude void this place also on the jewelry there prices are too high they say more than the price tag making up bs

Mangalya Jewelers: Price is high not because of gold rate. The making charge is pretty high. Even for solid ring they charged 35$ per gram for additional charges. Making charges are like from 30 - 50$ per gram. That’s where these people upset us. Not recommended. Please ignore. Please try other jewelry shops near by, prices are pretty lesser I mean the making charges, since gold rate prices remain same

Great service. Great prices. They are on a whole different level of sanitation. When buying gold people usually want to try thing on before buying. But they sanitize everything after. They also have the largest selection of jewelry compared to most places.

i love this store and highly recommend it because not only they have reasonable prices but they also offer good discounts. i was so happy with the jewelry i purchased, and just recently i had my broken earring fixed by them and to my surprise they charged me almost 80% lower compared to other stores i went to. Staffs here are so friendly, accomodating and has an upbeat customer service. i will surely come back.
