The line to checkout wasn’t long but the wait time was long. My cousin and I went to the next available cashier and at first the cashier was nice and great attitude but then she asked if we were reward members and that’s when I answered and “yeah I am.” So she had asked me to enter my phone number, I did what she asked and then name that popped up was my dad’s, she questioned it and I said yes it’s my dad’s account. She then asked me “Do any of you have identification?” My cousin and I looked at each other and thought maybe she just needs to confirm the name on the account. She had finished checking us out and then asked for my driver’s license, I went ahead and handed it to her and then she pointed to the pin pad and asked me to hit yes, I read the agreement on the pin pad and it turns it out it was a credit card, I looked up at the cashier and said “Why is it saying credit card application?” The cashier never mentioned a credit card to me nor told me what my driver’s license was for. This was very upsetting as the cashier basically took advantage of me and cousin being 19 and not informing us about a credit card. I was very upset and not happy with this experience. Do better next time!

I shopped at the Woodridge store on Sunday. The checkout line suddenly filled up. The manager quickly got associates to open registers so the wait to check out was quick. The associate, Sharon, could not have been any nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely be back to spend my Kohl's cash.

Good parking. Wheelchair, but no scooters. Good baby/toddler section.
