“I cannot recommend Costello's in Glen Ellyn enough! My stroller completely bent a silver engraved plate that wasn't mine like a taco. I was completely stumped on what to possibly do to fix it and was so nervous to tell the group it belonged to that I had ruined it. I brought it in to Costello and they accepted the challenge. They completely fixed it and now you would never know anything happened to it. Not only did they fix it, but the service and communication was great! I will certainly be going back there again and again!”

“The two women working here when my twin boys and I stopped by to get their mom’s necklace repaired were very welcoming and friendly. The boys loved watching as they repaired an issue with an inexpensive piece with sentimental value - no judgment or questions as we don’t know much about jewelry. She immediately knew the type of metal and how to fix it. Great experience. Glad we found them after our other Lemont jeweler retired. She put it in a nicer bag than our sandwich bag and we were on our way! 5/5 stars.”

“Tom over at Paolucci was so kind and patient. I had brought in an old watch for my girlfriends son that his grandfather had given him. The watch was completely dead and Tom had tried two different batteries to see if he could get the thing working again. I also needed links taken off at so it would fit his wrist. In the end the watch was unable to get to a functional state but he removed links and I was charged nothing! Very professional and nice people I would 100% come here again for any fixes or new jewelry purchases going forward. The time spent just trying to revive this old watch meant the world to me and even though it doesn’t work the fact my girlfriends son can wear the watch around now is priceless.”
