As of lately I have had issues with every script they have tried to take care of for me. Whether they claim the script never came through from the doctor while I have to office on the line saying they do, after receiving a text it was ready for pickup, to getting texts that my script is ready just to go there and be told they don’t have it it’s an issue every time.

Today wasn't the best days, I'm very familiar with this location just wasn't the best customer service some today after waiting 17 minutes after pulling ticket. I notice a young man had to call the next number but never did, so another kind individual was very cordial and was willing to assist me. Customer service can be a bit more inviting to all customers.

Receiving doesn't work by schedule. 08/17/22 they opened 40min late 8:10am (7:30 by schedule). Nobody could find manager.

I have always been helped courteously and in a friendly manner. They will attempt to assist when you need a refill from your doctor. I appreciate they are in Jewel and I can skip for groceries if I need to wait for my prescription. They are also an excellent place to get your vaccinations. They have done as well as aides at my doc’s office.

Vince P. is a great employee you have there. He remembers a lot of the regulars, remembers that I like paper instead of plastic bags, is very efficient and careful when he checks out my groceries. He is a great asset to your location. ? Good employees like him make customers choose your grocery store over others in the area.

The Osco Pharmacy has lazy pharmacists "working" there. No signs posted on giving out flu shots - went twice and both times they were short staffed and couldnt' give them out and it was after 6. Went across the street to Walgreens and they give shots until 30 minutes before closing. Maybe you should hire new pharmacy people that actually want to work

Found this approx. 2 inch bone in my chicken salad croissant bought at Jewel. The package said made fresh here daily. The manager accepted no responsibility; she said they don't make the chicken salad at Jewel.

I just bought fish from jewel and when I cooked it it smelled like hair dye. Not even edible . There is 13 dollars I won’t get back

I was at the jewel in Woodridge on tuesday wanting to buy fresh meat. There was a man being waited on and the jewel employee behind the fresh meat counter had her mask on below her nose. I asked her to pull it up which she did after she got the meat for the person she was waiting on. She then asked if she could help me and I said no..not now! Be careful if you get fresh meat at this Jewel!

Worst place for grocery shopping. It's like a hell. A young staff member yelled at me, I was really scared by him, I have to ran away from store, he's really scary, he came up so close to me and shouted on my face, I am threatened, feared to get coronavirus, I ran from him. Watermelon displayed on sale for $1.89, and I was charged for $5.99, I paid for filling 18 gallons water and water ran out, I only got 10 gallons and did not get refund. The on duty manager told me to wait 30 minutes for water and he went for break. I cannot believe they treat customers so bad, I feel I was humiliated, harassed, I was not in a grocery store but the hell

This place is absolutely horrid. Unfortunately my husband had to shop here this past weekend because Meijer on Boughton Road is doing a major rehab and does not carry a lot of the items we needed so he was stuck having to go to this Jewel this week. BIG MISTAKE !!!! Myhusband picked up a half a dozen Kaiser rolls in the bakery section and since he is the one that went shopping and didn't pay attention even though he thought that $130 for items with no meat purchased whatsoever was a bit high he didn't pay attention or look at the bill till he got home. When We looked at the bill I noticed $52 on the receipt for Kaiser rolls in the amount tendered in as quantity was 66 Kaiser rolls for a total of $52 and something cents. (And this wasn't a red Flag to the moron cashier). So upon returning to the Jewel to get his money back the person at the service desk just said to my husband "you're the guy with the 66 Kaiser rolls" as if to insinuate it was funny and then gave him his money back with no apology whatsoever for the mistake or for the inconvenience of him having to go back and have a wrong made right. Even a simple nice gesture of refunding him the entire "66" Kaiser rolls and giving us the half a dozen on the house for the inconvenience so instead of crediting him $52 they credited him $46 which OK I don't expect freebies and I get that but at least if you're not going to comp something for a mistake then at least be remorseful and apologize For the inconvenience of having the person have to make a second trip back. And other issues we've had in the past is like others have stated expired dates on items that we have purchased From this Jewel in the past moldy items yes I know you're going to get that from time to time when you order bulk items like strawberries in a container blueberries in a container oranges in a bag but actual bottles of stuff and packages of stuff with expired dates yeah not a good thing. So With all the other choices and options out there to shop we will not be coming back to this location and just want to buyer beware you people make sure you check your receipt before you leave and check the expiration dates on everything just to save you a second trip of having to come back to right a wrong. BUYER BE AWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO SHOP HERE!!!!
