The one on 63rd was great due to Whitney I paid a ton for foils to lighten. My stylist seemed disinterested and that the glass was broken out. It was freezing while discussing to a new girl how to make more money off of her customers. My hair is fried. Overpriced for the service. They don't care about their customers and now my hair has to be completely cut off its so damaged. I hope there's a place that cares nearby. 15 years zi have gone to Hair Cuttery and they have gotten worse over the years.

I had scheduled an appointment with CJ for 230. The appointment was changed without asking me for 245 then a voicemail was left for me asking if I could switch it to three and I said when I called back that if it was going to be later than three then please let me know because I didn’t have the time, I got there and finally her superior asked her how much longer she was going to be and she said at least another 15 minutes and then asked if I wanted to reschedule without even apologizing when I first got there or letting me know right away. I feel like that was handled poorly and then she should respect peoples time more. This was for a partial haircut, and a fix to layers from the previous week, so not something that would’ve been quick - she should’ve planned ahead better.

Gabriela did an amazing job on my fade up, never going to "GreatClips" ever again.(they had one good stylist there who left, now there's nothing but rude amateurs.) At here i can book ahead online & get a well trained stylist like Gab. We didn't talk much which is fine.(i'm an introvert so not much of a talker) but she did great/exactly what i asked for. $22 + 25% tip Worth. Every. Penny. Can't wait to come back again ??

This is my new place to get my whole family’s haircuts! Margarita and Erica are the best! They are both excellent with children. I recommend this place not only for its affordable prices, professionalism, clean atmosphere, wonderful haircuts, but most of all for their excellent customer service and being treated as if they have known my family for years. My children are already asking for their next haircuts with Erica and Margarita.

I just move to this neighborhood and try a hair cut here and I can say it was the worst experience. I showed her a picture and I was not even close I felt that she was learning with me, she clearly had no experience at all. After a few minutes she said she was done and she also charged me. Do not go here. Try somewhere else.

Took my grandson there tonight for a haircut. We had a very busy day and my son was having car issues and needed our help. We originally live in Joliet and my son in Bolingbrook so when we saw on line you guys were open until 9 we were so happy to find a place. When we arrived it was 8:32 my daughter went in with her son the girls working said look it’s another kid. They asked what she needed she told them one of the girls looked at her watch and said we’re booked up for the night. If you don’t like your job or want to deal with children in a place that I’m sure deals with a lot of children get the heck out. My grandson heard this comment and he’s a very smart boy at 10. NEVER EVER WILL Go BACK TO THIS PLACE.
