Great, professional staff who treats every customer with respect. I’ve always enjoyed banking here before and after the First Midwest - ONB transition. Shout outs to Jeremy, Alicia, Sarah, and everyone else who makes this bank a friendly place. Highly recommend.

Great bank! Everyone who works here is very professional. They provide the best customer service that I have ever experienced from a bank. Even after the change from First Midwest, everything was smooth and the excellent customer service remained top notch. 5 stars all day.

We have been customers of the bank branch in Woodridge on Hobson Road for close to 30 years given the proximity to our house. There have been several bank mergers and acquisitionswhere our accounts were converted starting with DuPage Valley converting to Bridgeview Bank and then to First Midwest Bank a few years ago. We were notified earlier this year that First Midwest was merging with Old National Bank based in Evansville, IN. Historically the staff at our local branch has been terrific and conversions have been seamless with no need to do anything with our accounts.The conversion to Old National has been an unmitigated disaster. This started with having to spend literally hours on hold (no save your place in line call back feature) just to access my on-line accounts at Old National since existing user names and passwords did not work after they completed the conversion in mid-July. In addition, they decided to issue new debit cards and changed the bank routing number which means that every debit card linked account (e.g. - Apple Pay, Venmo, Paypal, etc...) has to be manually changed along with any autopay, direct deposits, or other linked bank or savings accounts.The result is going to be hours of effort to convert everything. Absolutely terrible conversion plan and customer service from the Old National team. I am currently looking into taking my business elsewhere since I will basically have to go thru same effort to go to a new bank as what they are requiring me to do for their conversion which is clearly being done for their own benefit and at the expense of hours upon hours of my time.One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in many years. Stay away from Old National!

When it changed to old national it really went to crappie fish .. rushed all the way to the bank to find out they have old timer hours now.. been old whatever 3 weeks and already been poked up the old you know 2 times
