This bank is trash, I changed my number and now I can't even access my mobile banking for 2 weeks. That's the stupidest thing any bank can do. If you can prove I go in there with my ID and debt card clearly showing its my phone, I shouldn't have to wait two weeks. I've had this account for a month and want to close it already. If you don't want to deal with banks join chime.

Been trying to call since 10am and can't get thru, they either don't have an employee there or just don't want to serve customers. It's a pressing issue that needs to be addressed and I live 6 hours away so I can't just drive there... Idk why my departed family member would have had an account here with such horrible customer service

I am very Unhappy with 53rd bank!!!! Went to the woodridge location yesterday since was in the neighborhood. I was approached by a Family of Homeless people. That was sitting right outside the Door!!! I had a bag full of change to cash in they asked me for the money. I said NO!!! I walked in the bank to cash out the change that I had talked to a lady that was leaving for Lunch i had told here there was a family of Homeless people outside the door and she said they are there every day and the branch Manager will not do anything about it because it's not his problem. I hope No one gets robbed by these people coming or going out of the bank!!There was some change stuck it the machine I walked over to the man that was sitting at his desk and asked for help. He was on the phone with what sounded like his wife. Which I asked again could he Please help me. There was only one teller at the counter. The other left to go to lunch. He told me I would have to wait! Which I was Not happy with at all!!! Then they could not find the key to open up the machine so the lady that left for lunch I had to wait for her to return for them to get key to open up the change machine then David the Manager went back to sit down at his desk I was tired of waiting for the teller standing there carrying on conversation when I told I wanted to collect my money now. Finally she stopped the branch Manager was still on the phone talking to his wife and could have helped out But No He Did Not!!!

I have been using this bank for years, including my parents business. I was sadly taken for a ride from a new employee of theirs lying about credit card promos and APR transfer balances on credit cards. I spoke to Ross the branch manager about this and he was very useless in the manner. He did not care that his employee had poor and fraudulent business practices, unprofessional behavior when confronted and would lose not just my business but a commercial business account.

This is not the first time this branch has screwed paperwork up or lied. I will never do business here again and I will be taking mine and the chimerical business elsewhere without hesitation.

Thanks for the smooth fast transactions today at around 1:40, 2 withdrawal and 1 deposit, the teller is nice quiet and fast !!! Sorry didn't catch your name but you're AWSOME !!!

A bank that has lousy service in just about every category. You walk in and no one pays any attention to you and you have to stick your face to their face to get their attention.
