It's always hard to leave the kiddos when we go on vacation. Dogtastic makes the process as easy as possible. The staff know my dogs by name, and I fully trust that they provide excellent care every time. I never worry about dropping the kids off because they're dashing into the place, excited to be back.

My dog is ALWAYS running to the door to get inside. He never did that at our other daycare.Plus bowz is a German Shephard Husky mix we can never get all his energy out at the dog park.... he is wiped and a snuggle bug at the end of the day

This is a fantastic place. The staff always goes above and beyond to care for our shamrock . We have been taking our dog here so many years she is now 12. She takes heart medicine and they do a great job making sure she gets her medicine twice a day.

It's obvious they love the dogs & our pup always looks forward to going there. But..the place smells AWFUL. The ammonia smell hits you as soon as you walk in. They need to do a better job cleaning, disinfecting. Unless this improves we will be looking for a new place to board. I dread the stink as soon as I walk in the door. Please do better.

Staff is always kind, understandable and accommodating. My beagle has a huge amount of energy and having him spend a day here while I'm at work actually tired him out. Love coming here for him

I had heard from a friend that this was a good spot for a doggie play date. We have a new 1 year old pup that needs to get some energy out, as our almost 10 year old veteran is not interested. :) we signed up our pup and dropped him off for doggie day camp. Needless to say, he was exhausted. They post pictures on their Facebook page so I saw some of the action but it's much of a mystery. Everyone I have interacted with is very kind and clearly dog-lovers. The second time we dropped him off, I had to pick him up early for a vet appointment. I didn't notice that the hours said that they were closed for a two hour block at lunch. I walked up to the door anyway to walk in: locked. I got back in my car and called. No answer. I left a message hoping that someone was in there and would listen. I ended up calling the vet to reschedule when I realized there wasn't any way I was going to get my dog in time to make it. I don't have an issue with lunch breaks. What I do have an issue with is not being able to access my dog. I sat and waited for 20 minutes until the time they re-opened. About 2 minutes before then, 3-4 cars came screaming into the lot. Someone unlocked the door, who I assumed was the owner, and said "I hope you weren't waiting too long!" I told her 20 or so minutes. My dog suffers from seizures (he is medicated). When I drop him off, I am not worried because there are people there with him. What worries me is when he is not supervised. Additionally, there are 20+ dogs individually crated, packed in a room. If something goes wrong (fire alarm, medical emergency, need to pick up a dog for a weird reason, etc), they are completely unsupervised and no one is there in the office for 2 complete hours! I just don't think it's responsible. We won't be dropping our dog off for full days anymore. Just half days before or after their unsupervised, unavailable lunch.

Not sure how this place has so many 5 stars. Left my pup there overnight one weekend & she came home w a hot spot on her belly, which I can only assume is from how she was boarded. Worse, they didn’t share this w us when picking her up. Last comment, place smells pretty bad / not very sanitary

My dog loves going to Dogtastic Fun for daycare. I like supporting woman-owned businesses and even more so when the owner and staff are so committed to providing great service.

When our usual dog daycare business was booked solid for spring break, i thought we were in trouble! Enter Dogtastic Fun to the rescue. We were able to happily enjoy our vacation knowing that Biscuit, our 7 year old pampered and shy rescue dog was having the time of her life. You can tell that the staff at DF really love animals and take good care of them. They even post pics of your furry friend on facebook and are EXCELLENT at keeping in touch if you have any questions. We were even able to tack on a last minute bath which really turned B into a fluffy clean dog. Thanks Dogtastic Fun! 2 paws up!!
