I expect one thing from a pharmacy. I need them to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I have repeatedly had my insurance (Blue Cross PPO) ask for authorization on new scripts. They will never get filled. It's like they only ever fill the ones that go straight through and if it requires another step, they completely drop the ball.

Every time I call the pharmacy it takes at least 15 minutes for me to get connected to a person which is very frustrating and annoying. If they don't have enough people to answer the phones maybe.....just maybe they should hire someone? How am I supposed to ask a very detailed question to a robot answering machine? When they do finally answer they put me on hold a million times. All I'm trying to do is get/ask questions about my birth control prescription? Why does that require so much holding?

This pharmacy has gone downhill. Rude, short, long fill time, inaccurate prescriptions. I will search for another pharmacy soon.

This pharmacy helped me when the CVS pharmacist in Darien at 83 rd St. & Lemont Rd would not. Unlike the Darien location, the staff at this CVS pharmacy was polite & responsive. This will be my CVS going forward.

Getting your prescriptions are a joke. They don't answer the phone and when they do they ask you to hold. Anytime getting the prescription it's never ready. Takes 5 hours to finally be ready after being sent in.

The Minute Clinic is a lifesaver. I'm happy my insurance covered. The nurse working there was very helpful.
