Consistently the worst bank I have ever had to engage with. They never keep appointment, I have been there over 4 times just to get myself added to my husbands account. Literally no real sitting or waiting area, no customer service. Worst location of any bank I’ve ever been to. Daniela was offering the worst service and we’ve been screwed by them signing up for credit cards we don’t want and then they won’t close them.

They have a receptionist in order to speak to a banker without an appointment. I was advised a 45 min wait. I offered my number so they can call and was told no just wait. I went go to my vehicle to wait and come back 15 mins later to check on how much longer only to be told my name was taken off the list even though I mentioned prior to walking out I would be right back and would be waiting.

I have never been humiliated in my life before. I wanted to withdraw $10k from my account yesterday and they had my passport, at the same time they asked for my SSN and Work address. I said I have my own business. They rejected you have own business ?. They asked me “where did all this money come from and what I was going to use the money for. I feel like this is my personal problem. I felt like I was being treated in a very racial way and invaded my personal space a lot. Teller asked me you live far away why come here to get money. I assume everyone is welcome at any location. So bad services.

This has nothing to do with this branch or the employees, but chase is terrible. I have been a member for over 2 years. Every time ive called their customer service number. I was either mislead or straight lied too. Ive had over four figures in my account at one time, but chase decided to put a TEN day hold on my paycheck for having negative funds. This is ridiculous, and a punishment for not having money.(when i spoke to an employee and he told me i should "Try avoiding having a negative account balance") Like i enjoy having no money or something. I am beyond offended, and look forward to coming in and closing my account with chase. I was better off going to a currency exchange.

Very good employees. At least least they have tellers that can exchange money like a real bank. Most other branches aren’t “full service” so this is the only Chase branch I will go to. The employees really care but understand they are handicapped by Satan himself which is “corporate America”.

very good bank with good customer service, Michael white -VP very nice and cooperative, he this there all the time, I go there a lot and i enjoy talking to the staff, i recommend this branch a lot.

Terrible experience. Moved to the Woodridge area and needed a Chase branch. Staff was Not accommodating, including the branch manager. Hope to find another Chase branch wih more helpful staff.

We whent today to open accounts in chase and they told us to wait 20 min and someone will help. After 35 min waiting they said no one available and we need to set appointment. How to make business with this branch.PNC bank was very helpful and set account in minutes .

Nice easy in and out service, best to come during the day while everyone is at work because it don’t be no lines and the people are more nicer.

Very dismissive attitude when questions are asked/professional help is sought after, and inefficient in their work. Dialogue is unproductive with management when feedback is attempted to be given about unpleasant experience. It appears the inefficient nature and rude behavior from staff is a cultural problem of this branch. Second hand embarrassment for all the staff and manager of this Woodridge branch in charge of training staff to live up to basic standards of professionalism. Cherry on top: staff do not comply to state mandate by not wearing mask when encountering customers.

I had some stuff take place with my checking account and I lost access to it online, it was restricted and locked. I called customer service and was not able to get anything done. So I came into this branch and was sent to see Mr. Jordan Evans, he was very empathetic to my situation and was able to listen to me and hear me discuss how I had gotten myself in this mess. He told me not to worry that he would do everything in his power to help me get this issue resolved.He has been working behind the scenes on my behalf and it's been a couple of days but I'm finally getting some positive results and he told me that he's not done yet. He's going above and beyond his job description in my personal opinion. I appreciate his efforts and I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves for his hard work on behalf of the customers that he helps.
