Chase Bank is noted for its very good employees and customer service. It is a full-service branch with tellers who can exchange money, which many others lack. The atmosphere is very friendly, with helpful staff who greet and direct customers. Service is nice and easy, best during the day when there are no lines. Employees are cooperative and care, though some feel limited by corporate policies. Many customers recommend this branch.

Very good employees. At least least they have tellers that can exchange money like a real bank. Most other branches aren’t “full service” so this is the only Chase branch I will go to. The employees really care but understand they are handicapped by Satan himself which is “corporate America”.

very good bank with good customer service, Michael white -VP very nice and cooperative, he this there all the time, I go there a lot and i enjoy talking to the staff, i recommend this branch a lot.
