Chase Bank is noted for its very good employees and customer service. It is a full-service branch with tellers who can exchange money, which many others lack. The atmosphere is very friendly, with helpful staff who greet and direct customers. Service is nice and easy, best during the day when there are no lines. Employees are cooperative and care, though some feel limited by corporate policies. Many customers recommend this branch.
I love their one of assistant MARTHA i got done w my work today evening and she was the one who was helping me She was soo kind so humble such positive personality to work with no aggressive attitude I hope she will get so much success 🙏🏻♥️

Although I didn't get answers that I hoped for; however, one of the bankers took the time to understand my account. I also received help from the bank manager, which helped me greatly.

Been customer for decades and always found staff to be helpful and courteous. Lobby is clean and there is seating. Always somebody at front desk to assist a customer. Sometimes a little wait which is understandable. As mentioned I have been pleased with the assistance of the staff!
