Terrible company. Rude delivery driver who does the bare minimum dropping off the package which was covered in mud and left in the front yard.

Worst shipping company I've ever had. Made 3 delivery appointments had 3 no shows no call you have to wait 1 hr + to get ahold of customer service and they can't do anything there local where house doesn't answer the phone either I would give a 0 star if I could if you're looking for a shipping company I suggest you look elsewhere still waiting

If we could leave zero stars we would. We were given a tracking number 9 days ago and it still hasn't updated. We were told we need to schedule a delivery and I am unable to schedule the delivery of our tv because their scheduling program does not work. When we call customer service to schedule the delivery they either don't answer, they don't call back, we've been given 4 different numbers. We can't schedule delivery because our tv is just sitting in Texas for the last 8 days because we can't get it delivered to our local hub. This has been the worst delivery service we've EVER dealt with. We will never buy anything that ships with CEVA again.

Terrible service, firstly our shipment came 6 days late due to a lost piece in the warehouse then after we rescheduled for the pieces to come between 2-7 pm I hear my buzzer and see that the delivery people were here around five hours early (10am). I had to leave my class to speak with them and their excuse was that “they had a lot of jobs” so that’s why they had to come during a bad time without ANY contact. It would’ve been fine if they at least brought it inside my complex but no, they left a trail of furniture by my apartment door blocking the side walk and entrance. Never again.

I received my order as expected, in good condition and on the correct date. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I selected the 3pm-7pm time slot and they showed up at 8:30am. Luckily I was home so no big deal. I was weary about them after reading really bad reviews but I had a good experience.
