Absolutely awful, never use Bowlero for anything. I had a customer event that there corporate completely screwed up and booked for the wrong date, I had customers standing around as no one knew what was going on. I have been going back and forth with there corporate office for weeks as I was charged the full amount but (2.5hours) despite starting 45 mins late because they screwed up the date. It takes a week to even get a response from customer service rep Cassidy Clark.... the one who completely screwed everything up... worse company I have ever dealt with. Keep my $1000 for the worse event I have ever put on. Be worn do not waste your money. They refuse to send me the customer survey that you are asked to take when you sign up for an event.
1. Woodridge Bowlero had no idea of my event, we were supposed to start at 2:30 I was there at 2:15 as I paid for a 2.5 hour event, at 2:50 we were still not shown to our lanes, additionally we were cut off at 5pm so I paid for 2.5 hours and only got 2.
2. Darrell- though tried his best was scrambling to fix things, he offered the first drinks on Bowlero? Well after that my customers went up to get another drink and were told they needed to open a bar tab that only the first drinks were on Bowlero…… What happned to the premier drink package I paid for? My customers were turned away and stopped ordering drinks all together……
3. The front check in counter guy was incredibly rude and unhelpful, even insulting and laughing at me on how I pronounced Bowlero…….

Wonderful, clean location. Took my daughter for her first time bowling and they made her day very memorable. Food was hot, quick and delicious. Will definitely come again.

Hosted my birthday party over the weekend. The manager, Darrell, was nice enough to confirm ahead of time how we wanted the space decorated. Arrived to find my daughter’s name spelled out in light up letters! The staff was so courteous. The kids had a blast bowling followed by the arcade games. The bowling alley was clean and didn’t smell like other bowling alleys we have gone to. I can’t recommend Bowlero enough from the facilities to the staff!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this spot! Darrell was especially helpful. Loved the spot and I can tell u first hand all the staff was very kind. Also loved the food!!

Came here with family on Saturday with our puppy to play bowling. Service was great. Food was very tasty. Will def come back. Darrell made sure to check up on us throughout our bowl. Will definitely be back.

Jessica really made all the difference In making our daughters birthday incredible. Fantastic guest service, a huge smile no matter what the request was. She made everything seamless and easy. We will definitely be back.

After visiting another bowlero out of state I was so excited to surprised my grandkids by taking them to this one. It was a total disappointment ? To begin the person in the front desk was not friendly or helpful, you could say he was even rude. For such an outdated place is also not that clean and it's expensive! I will not consider going back?

Held Birthday event here. Staff was attentive and friendly even after receiving payment.
Arranged a Pkg that included Bowling and Food. The Food Presentation was very nice and Taste was surprisingly good.
Pizza, Fries, Tenders, etc.
Great lanes for experienced or novice Bowlers
Excellent atmosphere, plenty of Parking
Great for Family outings.
Returned 3weeks later and was remembered and greeted warmly by staff.

What a FUN afternoon! We booked a four-person party just to secure the date time and lane. What I wasn't expecting was our last name in LETTER LIGHTS marking our Lane!!! pretty cool!!!
Very attentive staff- we were checked on several times to make sure if we needed something. Wonderful time!

This review is long overdue. However, because of the incredible service we received, I must take a moment to leave a review. On Memorial Day of this year, Monday May 27th I visited this location around 9pm. We were greeted by the most friendly, engaging, and energetic person I have ever met. His name was Daniel Bailey and he informed us that he was filling in from the Roselle location. He was simply phenomenal. He was the epitome of what you would want from anyone working in a customer service job. He was thorough in explaining the pricing for that night and future promotions to come. He gave us great lanes, service, conversation, and attention. Based on my encounter with Daniel, I would surely come back to this location or even visit his location in Roselle. Thank you Daniel for leaving such an impression that after almost 2 months, I still have your card and still wanted to take the time to leave a review.

Awesome experience! We took our kids bowling tonight for the first time and Danny really made the night special for everyone. Facility was pretty clean overall, but most bowling alleys are pretty similar aside from that. It was the service that really made it stand out more than anything.
On a side note my 7 year old bowled a strike. He told me to put that in here. The review is a group effort.

Been here several times now and can easily give this Bowlero 5 stars. The lanes are oiled properly making it suitable for bowlers that spin. The bowling balls come in a variety of weights and, more importantly, finger hole sizes. Clean alley. Manager Danny was accommodating and kind.
