My review is for this store only. I ordered 20 foaming soaps on-line for pick-up at this store. A few that I ordered were replaced with other scents without my knowledge. I didn't realize until a few weeks later. I doubt I'll ever order again. Horrible.

Emily at the Woodridge, Il location was awesome! She was helpful and pleasant without being pushy and had the patience of Jobe. Just when I thought good customer service was a thing of the past. Nowadays most associates say go look over there or try over there. Emily renewed my faith. Then I got to the counter and the cashier rung up an item that came up $3.50 instead of $9.95. Most stores, (Target for example) would have let the customer purchase it anyway. The cashier called the manager. The manager said that candle was wasn’t sold anymore, even though it rung up and was stacked with identical candles. She told the cashier I couldn’t have it. I felt some kind of way and just went home.The 5 stars is for Emily only.

Poor customer service. I went here yesterday at 11:30. When I walked in, two employees were talking rather loudly. They looked at me and the older lady just continued her loud conversation, it seemed she wouldn’t allow the younger employee to leave to help customers. Nobody asked if they could help me, suggest new products etc. As I checked out, I could still hear the loud employee at the front of the store still holding court with another employee. When I left, I wasn’t thanked for coming, told to have a nice day, nothing.

I usually am very happy coming here however today I was at my happiest. I bought 16 bottles of foam soap and I realized the cashier put all the bottles in one bag which was much too heavy for me to carry. I asked if she can please rather put them in two bags. She said no but then she turned around and asked another employee to carry it out to my car. That wasn't the point I wanted it in two bags so the bag did not rip and that I could handle it when I got home. I'm not sure why It seemed to be an issue to give me two small bags rather than one large one and did not sit well with me. Other than that my shopping experience was average but I do like going to the store to replenish my foam hand soaps which are refreshing to use. I basically come here to buy the soaps and really nothing else so I can only speak how I feel about the foam soaps which are very enjoyable to use.

The lady at checkout was AMAZING. Came in maybe a month ago with my friend. She was so friendly and sweet, she allowed me and my friend to use a coupon together without breaking any of the store rules. Store is always clean too

Come here all the time with my girlfriend. Usually hit Kohls and here (30-second walk). If you come early in the day, it's pretty quiet. B&BW stores can get hectic! Inventory/merchandise is the same as other stores, but the employees here are always friendly. They help you with finding what you need, make sure you use your coupons, and always greet you.

Rude cashier, didn't advertise any deals, rush my daughter and I during transaction, then I ask for some gift bags and she gave me one, I ask for more and she rudely said....well how many do you need...so I politely started counting my items, when I reach to 4 she finally got the idea smh

This review is for the wonderful cashier I met today named Emily.... I went into this store to return some items and purchase the hand sanitizers that were on sale for $1.... My return was a little difficult because I paid with a visa gift card which was no longer in my possession... Emily consulted with her coworker who quickly told her I would just have to call the company.. the way this lady said it was in such a brush off way & it made me quickly respond with im not calling anyone bc it cudve been used as credit toward my current purchase... This encounter could've easily escalated into a bad customer service experience but Emily quickly returned my attention back to her with her kind words & soft tone... She was patient, understanding & accommodating whereas her coworker seemed agitated. If it were not for Emily I probably wouldn't return to this store. Thank You Emily. I appreciate your service.

The employees they have hired during the holidays can be bad at this location. They hired a employee named Vanessa that isn’t nice and has an entitled attitude. I hadn’t experienced too much of a bad time here until now. I always hear the employees chatting with other employees not customers. That doesn’t bothered me but direct bad customer service without reason does.
