While traveling cross country (with a dog) for a family emergency in August with record high temperatures, our AC started failing. After looking at the Google reviews, we chose Parker's, and though Dave and his crew were very busy, they still took us right in and were amazing!!!!! They found a leak, went to get the correct part, and recharged the system so we had cold air again for our trip. Dave and all the staff we dealt with were so kind and helpful. The shop is just a few miles out of town, but it was well worth driving a couple minutes. We were so grateful to have found them and to have experienced truly exceptional customer service. Thank you, Dave!!

We are from Iowa and are on our way to Nashville. We happened to be on a detour and our engine started misfiring so we stopped at Parker Automotive. There was a gentleman standing in the parking area and we asked if he could check the computer for us. He hooked us up quickly and gave us all the info we needed. We were in and out and he did it free to help us out. We couldn't be more thankful!! Highly recommend!

We were on a road trip when we broke down on I-64 near Mt Vernon, Illinois, on the Friday of the Memorial Day holiday. Parker Automotive agreed to check our RV and attempted to repair it so that we could continue our trip. This was a more complicated repair than expected. The team did everything to accommodate us during our misadventure. These people are exceptional. We finally got back on the road for 1800 kilometers and arrived at our destination very happy. Congratulations to this wonderful team!

I can not say enough good things about this place! Although my story ended yesterday, it actually began on March 8th 2024. I was on a trip from Quincy to Louisville, halfway there I broke down. I was lucky enough to be close to the exit and called David. He assured me he would do his best to help me if I could get it there. I did and he did! After diagnosing the issue (new engine) he helped me figure out that my "new" used car I just bought weeks prior was actually under warranty by the manufacturer for a recall they had. He and (I believe) Amy then made the necessary calls to help me get in touch with the right dealership, tow company and rental car company. Then he drove me to the rental car place himself to make sure we were taken care of. He did all of this even when he knew he could not have my business due to it having to be repaired by the dealership. There are so many more details to this encounter and I wish I could tell them all, about how helpful everyone we encountered here was. They spent hours helping us only out of kindness! I finally got my car back from that dealership yesterday and wanted to publicly say thank you to David and his staff! I you want honest, genuine, friendly people to work on your car...this is the place!!! I am still not done thanking them!!

A big shout out and heartfelt thanks to David and the team at Parker Automotive. Our primary service van recently needed an engine replacement and major repairs. David made sure the repairs were completed correctly and ensured we were happy with the end result. He went the extra mile to stand behind his repairs by offering an extended warranty at no additional expense. This speaks to the high level of integrity and personal accountability we received during our recent service. Our expectations were met and exceeded. In this day and age it is difficult to find service providers like David that put the customer first. Thanks again for your help in getting us back on the road!

I requested all my brake pads to be replaced, but only two of them needed it so instead of ripping me off like Toyota would have done they just replaced the ones that needed it and it was less $ than expected.

They were VERY accommodating and got my vehicle in and repaired in 24 hrs with an alternator and two new batteries. Super nice staff that went above and beyond. Would recommend them to anyone needing quick and expert repairs. Thank you David and Amy!

Dave is a stand up guy!Proud of the work / service he performed on my Cadillac Escalade!Broke a valve spring, and within 2 weeks time he had it complete! Very knowledgeable, highly recommend!

Do NOT take your car here to get ANYTHING fixed. I took my 2012 Audi A4 in there for an oil leak they had my car for 4 - 5 months and my car came out worse then it was going in.. the oil still leaks from the same spot and when I got underneath my car too look for myself it didn’t even look like they attempted to fix it at all… Then my skid plate that I had them put on they zip tied most of it on and the bolts they did use for the plate wasn’t even the right bolts for it so they were all stripped out and whenever I got it back I noticed a new leak my coolant was leaking because they didn’t put a hose on right when they should have never even messed with my coolant.. I fixed that one myself. But yeah they act nice you think they give you great service but when they don’t even fix what I wanted fixed and then having zip ties holding your car together is not good service at all!!! DONT TRUST YOUR CAR IN THE HANDS OF PARKER AUTOMOTIVE it will come out worse off then it was going in there!!!!!
