I bought mattress, frame, headboard, footboard. When delivered to Centralia, one piece was forgotten because it was on a separate special order that I made. Delivery driver drove back to Woodlawn, loaded it up, and brought it back to Centralia within two hours.

The woman in the maroon sweater would not take the time to help me. Felt like she didn't want to spend the time. If you don't have the time for me I'm not going to spend my money there. Was looking to buy a rocker recliner and a swivel rocker. Very bad service

Hidden gem in the middle of no where, beautiful huge furniture show room awesome looking furniture. Great gift/craft store too. Great prices. You won't be disappointed, worth the drive. Super nice workers welcoming you.

Oh My Goodness what a great place to do business with! After 30 years we bought 2 new Flexsteal end tables and a good size Cocktail Table for our Family room. Couldn’t believe how helpful they were, prices were great & the tax rate in Woodlawn, IL is so much cheaper than big towns! We also replaced a sofa & loveseat the same week since we fell in Love with a sturdy firm sitting Lazyboy set! Great experience all the way around! 6mo later still happy with our purchases but needed one end table with defective leg replaced and they went to bat for us and ordered a new one as soon as I called to discuss the issue. Thank you for being in our community and dependable! If anyone is looking for furniture; please make Newell’s your first stop! I bet it will be your last!
