Drove here from SC to get some Ricola cough drops... & to attend our son's wedding. His lovely wife's family is from this area and my wife started coughing from an itchy throat. Problem solved because Walmart has pretty much everything!

Today I was racially profiled by a YT manager at self check out. I overheard her tell the associate to stand next to me while i check out and she watched me scan each item. Keep in mind self checkout was completely full. As a former Walmart manager i know for a fact i make double what she makes and i will make sure to never shop here. Glen carbon is way more nice and put together. FYI I’ve watched YT people steal from your self checkout . Maybe you should be smarter and you’ll catch actual criminals .

One stop shop for almost every need you also get in and checkout faster now that a lot of people do their curbside or delivery.#lovewalmart and customer service is very fast and nice at wood River walmart

This is a smaller super walmart but still has lots of product, it's neat and organized, and was very easy to do self-checkout! No complaints!
Update May 2024:
Continues to be a decent Walmart and has all the basic needs.
