The male cashier working here doesn't seem to want to be here. He doesn't talk and doesn't smile. The store is big and well-organized. We were able to find what we wanted right away.

I sat on hold for 5 minutes for the pharmacy at 10:55 am, at 11:00 am the recording told me they were on lunch, i could hold for a half hour or call back, what a terrible way to treat your customers, i will be moving my prescriptions to somewhere else that values their customers. Emberrasing customer service. I see now why you have a 3.4 rating.

Don't leave reviews much but the staff here is exceptional. The pharmacists don't act like you're rushing you despite looking always over worked. They care about their patients and really want to help you and answer your questions. Thank you wood river pharmacy!!!

There pharmacy staff is a literal joke. They take over 5 days to fill my prescription EVERY TIME without fail. Genuinely crazy that people can be this bad at their job.

Edited to add that the person named Kelsie (along with several of the other positive reviews about friendly staff) works at this location and/or knows someone who does. None of these positive reviews come from legitimate appearing accounts. Please report.Do not use this pharmacy. It has been at least a year of them screwing up my prescriptions. They have AGAIN done it with my breathing meds, which haven't been filled since June, but because they screwed it up, insurance won't fill it for another week, at minimum. I've already been without this medicine for over a week. The entire pharmacy staff is just incredibly incompetent. Switching to CVS immediately and I recommend you do, as well.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. Staff is completely clueless. Avoid at all cost if you have a monthly medication.

It's ridiculously expensive, and a lot of the time lately the shelves or fridges are empty and need to be restocked.
