They have been nothing but nice and helpful with anything we need. With my daughter going to college in the area but living hours away, its been so good to have this storage so we dont have to rent a uhaul every time. Thankful foe them!

I understand that as the years go on the price of storage is going to change. What they didn’t tell me is that they don’t care if you got the notification that the price was going up before I goes up. I was paying 78 for a unit and then I get an invoice before the payment comes out for 98.00. Now I call the location and the person didn’t know why it went up. Which is fine, I understand companies don’t usually like to trickle down information to the masses. But what I didn’t like was that they seemed to not care, I was told I would get a call back and never did, I ended up going to the location and talking to the attendant. They told me that the email was sent about the upcharge, but I never got it, I looked in every single folder I had for my email and nothing. So they did make it right by giving me $20 off the next month. But something could be changed about the notification to customers that the rent price is increasing. Because clearly technology doesn’t always work and emails don’t always come through.

i love this storage. they are the perfect size for a great price. easy to get in and find ur unit and carts to help u move ur belongings in and out. staff are great with keeping u up to speed on everything and very respectful.

I've been storing my belongings here for about 3 years, and there's been times I had to delay my pay by a few days due to financial difficulties. No one has ever been rude or judgemental, I have always been shown so much respect and understanding. First storage unit I've ever had anything stolen from Their insurance is a joke and their manager is more than likely the thief. Considering the entire building as covered in cameras, locked by 10 o'clock and gated.and they don't know who did it. Also have a picture proof that there is a camera directly on my unit.
