The first time Here was amazing, The stylist got exactly what I wanted. I came about a month later Tuesday 05/14 expecting the same treatment. Unfortunately I was incorrect the stylist was extremely rough on my scalp causing cuts on my left side that i didnt notice till i got home to shower, i then noticed the dried blood. I requested a beard trim when she did it she drove the comb into my face to where I started to jerk away from it. If you want to avoid being cut up I would avoid this place at all costs.

Male and have long hair. Told her I wanted to keep it all the same length. She asked if I wanted to keep the sideburns and I said no. She cut them WAY above my ears and shaved my neck way to high also. Also She cut WAY more length off my hair than I asked. I told her only the dead ends. Took 1.5 or more off. NOT HAPPY

Heather was the stylist. We could not have asked for a better experience! Heather was very professional and sweet! She really knows how to cut a man’s hair!! She was great all the way around!

The online check in system is ridiculous. I have had problems with it for a year now. So I have to go down there check in the. Find something to do for an hour. . Allow the women to check in over the phone ? thanks

Went in early this month for a cut. They were rude and slow. The stylist destroyed my hair. Didn’t show me the back of it. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I left and was in my car. I filled out the survey later just to let someone know. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that no one reached out to follow up. Not to mention the inappropriate conversation that was happening between a stylist and a customer at the register with a child in ear shot sitting in the waiting area. I never received great service in the past but this is by far the worst!

They were amazing at trying to manage my wild 3 year old who absolutely hated the thought of getting his haircut. Would definitely recommend kids cuts with them ?

There simply isn’t enough good to say about this Sports Clips. Heather and Shelley run a tight ship and still manage to make you feel a personal connection while moving people through at a great pace that doesn’t make you feel rushed but also keeps you from waiting to long. I know there are a few locations locally to choose from but my son and I have been going to this one for years now and don’t plan on changing anytime soon!

Stylist kept trying to upsell me without even telling me it costs money, gave me lazy haircut and didn’t really bother to clean any of the hair off or dry it. Minimum suggested tip is 25% unless you do a custom tip, which for that quality of service is not good.Service: Haircut

Most the stylist here are amazing. There's one who likes to try to upsell and it can take more than 1 NO for an answer. this has happened multiple visits with her. I also found out from my 8 yr old that she made excuses for why she couldn't put her hair in a braid after I said no to a full hair cut when my daughter just wanted an undercut after having her length cut the last 2 visits.
