This has been the worst phone company to be with. They don't help you with phone problems just blame it on some other app. People can't text you sometimes for no reason or call and leave voicemails and they would rather tell you to go to a different phone company then try to fix the issues.

Manager on site 6-8-23 is very rude and unprofessional. She should not be representing metro pcs. You will loose customers due to her actions. I myself will never go through metro pcs. And the kicker is I was at a store 3 doors down not even at a metro pcs business at all. Thank you for acting the way you did (KAREN)

1/2 star if I could rate it that....been calling for an hour and a half with no answer, now closed, how CONVENIENT. I was there last weekend and the clerk sent a couple texts to my phone and now I get game advertising every time I look at my phone. Wake up METROPCS, you are losing customers over poor service!! Definitely going with a new server tomorrow!!
