Cracked the oil filter housing and they said it's not their fault but it wasn't cracked before they did the oil change. They over tightened and cracked it. Won't take responsibility for their mistake!... I want to be reimbursed for what I had to pay to another shop for their mistake!!!

I had a canister purge valve go out 3 months ago so the same code came up again 3 months later and the technician didn’t want to swap it out even though it was still under warranty and I’ve driven it over 100 miles so far and check engine light still hasn’t come back on obviously it was the canister purge valve if you have a warranty on a part then you should honor your warranty trying to tell me it was the gas cap in my mind he just didn’t want to swap it out if you have a warranty then honor it but that’s just me and I’m sure I’m not alone !!! But he did eventually swap it out so I commend him for at the very least doing that

Came by to check on an estimate for a bent wheel on my truck and the car I drove here in (my father in laws) had a flat by the time I got here. Shawn got on the phone and got one of his guys to go get me a matching tire from a different store. He also went through my estimate with me and gave me honest opinions about the work (what he would and wouldn't get done if it was his vehicle). Good guys, and price seems fair.
