Yesterday I was racial profiled and refused service!!Ordered a phone at a different location which arrived at my home the other day. So I decide I didn’t want the phone and wanted a different phone ( New phone unopened ) contacted customer service and asked if the new unopened phone could be returned for another and they stated yes. So I went to this store on my lunch, I walked in they’re were two sales agents working with two customers.The female agents face changed dramatically as I walked in, I spoke and waited patiently until she was ready for me, I decided to look at different phones when the customer the other male agent was working with came over and looked at the same phone I was looking at (which is no biggie)Moving forward As I approached her when she was ready for me I said Hi and stated my name and why I was here. She did not ask for any acct info or identification, she said “We don’t have access to those phones you have to come back at 3 for a manager” but her colleague went to the back and got the same phone I was here for and was setting it up with his customer! But y’all don’t have access to those phones? Or not just for black customers??I wanted to go OFF SO BAD! But I didn’t and left the store! I wonder how many other black people have been racially discriminated against at this store location??FYI Both customer agents and customers were European descent.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced yet. They tell you they can’t cancel phone lines they are just to lazy to call in and do it. The support line told me that it was silly and a lie I agree with them. I still have not cancelled service with them after 3 weeks 3 trips to the store where I’m fed excuses and 4 phone calls with T-Mobile as well as my new company because T-Mobile continues to feed me excuses as to why they can’t cancel my service. When you don’t accept their excuses you get put on hold until you hang up still have not cancelled. I was charged for the next billing cycle that I’m not using because they continue to give me the runaround. I was a 7 year customer with no missed payments purchasing multiple phones through them they wonder why people are leaving. I will never consider returning.

The guy who was supposed to help me was rude and kurt from the start.Haven't been a customer for 2 days and this short tempered person encourages me to leave. Like T- Mobile doesn't want any more customers.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste a ton of time while they sit on hold with “customer service.” I’m a Sprint (bought by T-Mobile) customer and am now a second-class citizen. Anything you need to do - upgrade a phone, etc will take more time because they “can’t do it in store.” So you’ll wait while they’re transferred from person to person on the phone, only to hear after almost an hour on hold that they’ve transferred them to the wrong person and you’ll be transferred and wait even longer. DO BETTER. I’ve been a customer since 2009 but switching companies is looking pretty enticing if I’ll get better customer service.

Door is ALWAYS locked, went there 4 different times over the course of a few days. Door was locked. They salesman messed up my phone even more.

Artavius (Art), cust rep there, was awesome. The dude was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He was very personable, too. He's a valuable employee. He deserves a raise imo.

Upgraded phone, a lead salesperson added Protection360 to my account without consent or even discussing the add-on.This process is called cramming, and is a scummy, underhanded tactic used by bad salesperson's.

Koran is upmost professional and positive, watched him put smiles on customers that clearly were having a bad day. Staff are beyond excellent to deal with.

I just purchased a new Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G and a smart watch from this Wood River location. I came into the store to pick up my T-Mobile Tuesday offer and was giving some great information. Such an Amesome Team approach from Koran, Caleb and Jariah - all my contacts and notes transferred over as well as all my Apps. I was so satisfied with the outstanding customer service that I received today. I will be back. Thank you again for everything.
