Amazing experience from start to finish. We arrived to test drive a van around 3pm and left with the keys around 5pm. Quick, transparent, and honest prices. I kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn’t one. Best experience buying a car yet—and we run a car rental business and have bought a lot of cars. Cody was our salesperson, and he did a great job.

Terry and the service department are great..Terry listened to our needs and placed my son, daughter, and myself in very nice and reliable vehicles 8-9 months ago . Last week I visited the service department because I had a concern..The service manager and Jason was on it. Jason was exceptional he took the time to go in detail about my bumper to bumper warranty...Thank you.

Deceptive sales staff, asked if a vehicle I was considering had been in any accidents, to which he got on his phone to look and claimed there was only minor damage and pointed out some minor irregularity, what he failed to disclose was that the vehicle had actually been in 3 accidents, one of which was hitting an animal. Could not have been too minor as the steering wheel was out of alignment, car drove straight but either the alignment guy didn't know what he was doing, or more likely theres an underlying issue. Had this sales rep been honest I may have considered other options at this dealership, but I'll just take my business elsewhere.

My wife and I had to purchase a car quickly, we were riding around dealerships and ran across a car we both liked. We contacted the dealership and was given Chris Louth as our salesman. Chris was nothing but professional understood our situation answered all our questions and made both of us feel at ease. Dealing with Chris made this one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I have ever had. Chris has followed up to make sure we still enjoyed the car and were still happy. Great experience! Defiantly recommend Jack Schmitt and their team they made it easy!

Just bought a 2020 Dodge Journey last week. On my way home, I realized I'd forgotten to ask the salesman to pair my phone with Bluetooth in the vehicle. Called salesman once I got home and told him I couldn't figure it out. He told me it was equipped and to send him a screen shot of my screen on the radio. I did and guess what? No Bluetooth capability. As I explained, this is a safety issue, let alone being illegal in Illinois to operate any service that isn't hands free. After several delays, I hear back today that they are not willing to provide an adapter or converter. I paid all but $300 original asking price. Never would have purchased it without Bluetooth, let alone but having Sirius XM radio. Guess the commercial is right, "you don't know Jack"Maggie RichterUpdate -I was contacted by my salesman yesterday and told that the dealership is going to mail me an adapter that will allow the Bluetooth to work in the car. I'm glad that they reconsidered the issue and hopefully, this will take care of the problem.Maggie Richter

Positive:Had a tire that was loosing pressure and the service team was able to plug the tire for me. They also shuttled me to work and picked me up to come get my vehicle.Negative:They said they would give it a quick run through the car wash when I asked and they never did.It seems that I was charged twice for parts basically. Receipt was broken down by 3 seperate charges but 2 of them seem to be for parts.

Went in for Oil Change however technician failed to reset oil change notification. I discovered it after 2 trips totaling 600-700 miles when notice for "Oil Change Due" popped up. Other than that service was good and completed in a timely manner.

The last tree had our car serviced we needed a wheel alignment. While doing these they broke off a bolt - which is understandable. They told us we would need a new part of the couldn’t get the bolt out. We were led to believe they couldn’t get it out so they ordered a new part. We were without a vehicle for 5 days. When we did get the car back we asked for the old part. My son-in-law was able to get the bolt out in a few minutes! We paid for a new part and labor to put part on. They told us old part couldn’t be guaranteed but if bolt hadn’t broke off they would have used the old part. I feel like we were not being dealt with honestly. We have bought several vehicles From this dealer and had them all serviced there. We trusted them but now that trust has been broken.

I just bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla today. When I was halfway home I realized that I was given just one set of keys. I called my salesman and he said that there was just one set and if I wanted another set I would have to pay to have another set made. I then called the manager and he told me the same thing. Not once was the mention of this car only having one set of keys. I am 63 years old and have never ever purchased a car where I have not received two sets of keys. Having a set of keys made for today's cars isn't cheap, it will cost me around $200. I should have been made aware of this before I purchased the car. I won't be back to Jack Schmitt

Took my car in to be fixed, and they had it done fast! I also forgot to mention my windshield cleaner fluid hose wasn’t attached, and they seen it needed fixed and took care of that without me having to say anything. I had a great experience here!
