Wow!!!!! What an awesome experience. I am not a fan of purchasing vehicles, however Doug at Federico Kia was absolutely awesome and made this experience so easy. I spoke with Doug for less than 5 minutes and an agreement was made. Doug wanted to have my new truck detailed so I picked it up the next day.

Josh B. did an amazing job getting me the car I wanted and loved. Super friendly and very detailed and helpful in explaining the car’s features and how to use them. He definitely made sure we were taken care of from the moment we got on the lot until we left, and he let me know I could call him with any questions any time. He knows his stuff!
