I recently bought my car here. It is not a brand new car but I absolutely love it and the buying experience was fantastic! I highly recommend these people!! Had my mechanic check the car over and he found NO problems. Called to get a spare key which they ordered immediately for me. Went in to see if they had a special tire key for the lugnut locks. They went above and beyond trying to find one and when they couldn't, they removed my tires and replaced the odd lugnuts with normal ones for me. FANTASTIC service!!Service: Tires

DO NOT BUY A CAR FEOM THESE PEOPLE! I was sold a 2018 vehicle, and not even a month later my check engine light came on due to a reason that could’ve been prevented if they conducted a thorough check before selling the car! Then Courtney in service is extremely RUDE! I inquired about getting the piece I need to fix my car at the manufacture dealership and she was very snobby in answering my question! They didn’t have any rental cars for me to drive, so basically I was screwed for 2 weeks! This is a major inconvenience that could’ve been prevented if they would have done their job and CHECK THEIR VEHICLES CAR STATUS BEFORE SELLING IT TO PEOPLE!

Found the car I ended up purchasing through carfax and then went there to drive it. The people were very nice and walked me through everything. Sales people were very nice and I love my new car.

No problem with work that was done, but the service and communication was sub par. Had my car 2 days and couldn't get the price quote until I picked up car. Said they'd cut me a deal since they performed work before I could acknowledge price was OK.

I will start this post by saying I have never been here nor have I ever bought anything here. With that being said you're probably saying , then how is this guy going to rate the business. Well let me tell you. Last week I learned that my daughters jeep compass which I purchased from a local dealer in the Chicagoland area no longer comes equipped with a spare tire. Being a Dad of a daughter who's hundreds of miles away at school I did what any parent would do, I freaked out thinking of her out and about without a spare tire. In my quest to find out how to get her a spare tire I called Federico and spoke to an amazing individual in the parts department by the name of Tom. I'll make this long story short. Tom went above and beyond in his attempt to find me a spare tire. He made calls and spoke to people. Tom went the extra mile and then some and I can't thank him enough. For those of you driving smaller suv type vehicle please beware , the spare tire is now considered an extra which caught me totally off guard Oh you can add it for a $500 up charge Please let me commend Tom in parts for going far and beyond what he really had to do. Old school customer service is what I experienced Thanks Tom very much And to Tom's boss at Federico please pay him on the back for me and thank him. I wish I could but I'm 300 miles away GREATLY appreciated Bob C Chicago Illinois

I can't say enough great things about Bob at Federicos. I went in knowing kind of what I wanted. I was fortunate enough to have Bob there. He was so knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process. I couldn't be happier with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!!! Thanks Bob and the whole staff at Federico's!

I purchased a used 2017 Ford Taurus from Sheryl McCormick at Federico approximately a month ago. The initial buying experience was fine. What you would expect at almost any dealership. A bit lengthy and also a bit more pushy with their overpriced add on packages (you can get these cheaper through the manufacturer normally). My initial issue was that after signing all my paperwork I was then told there isn't even one full set of keys. It is auto start but the one key was missing the actual key part for if the battery dies, etc. When I brought this up I was told I could get one myself at a Ford dealer. Mind you these run 3-400 dollars. I let this go and ate the cost. My next issue didn't come until about 2 weeks into owning the vehicle. I began to hear a slight road noise. I didn't think too much of it and thought perhaps a tire rotation was in order or at the most a hub bearing issue which is a cheap fix. I was told the car went through a thorough inspection. I took my car to the mechanic after it suddenly became louder to find my rear tires have major cupping and was due to an extensive rear shock issue. Both mechanics also stated it was a very visible issue and that the vehicle COULD NOT have been inspected and not seen this problem. My mechanic (of course this is heresay) stated that he had had 3 other vehicles brought in recently purchased with various mechanical issues from this dealer. I messaged Sheryl and was told she was off work and that she would follow up with me the next morning. I heard nothing. Texted again and called and left a message to the manager. At the end of the next day, after giving up and giving the go ahead to my mechanic (450 for new shocks and 1200 for rear tires), I called and messaged again to finally get a response telling me I should have waited because there's nothing they can do now. She waited until I told her the car was being fixed and then replied it was now too late. How odd. Apparently being without a car for 2 days when you have a job and a scheduled trip early the next morning is no issue to the car salesperson. I was suppose to sit and wait for an excuse and no apology regarding this very annoying and costly problem. This is definitely not a place that stands by their product sold. My advice would be that if you're purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer I would ask for an inspection by your own mechanic before paperwork is finalized. Also, I have posted our texts in Google photos as well as on Yelp! if you need verification of this incident. Happy car buying and good luck.

WOW! Federico Dealership is the epitome of excellent customer service! I was greeted immediately with friendly, warm smiles and they made me feel like I was the guest of honor. From the moment I walked through the door, until the time I left, they made sure that I was taken care of and executed nothing short of superior service. They were also extremely accommodating and exceeded my expectations on my trade-in, as well as gave me a great deal on my new Jeep Renegade! I have bought other cars in the past from other places but I've never walked away feeling like I did here! They will forever have my business!!!
