The new manger is beyond rude. She didn't greet me when I walked in. When I greeted her, the response was hateful and cold. The whole vibe of the store has become uncomfortable. I will be switching to Walgreens. At least they are friendly.

There is a gentleman here that is beyond rude. They actually fired the one girl that was amazing and kept this Joker! I’m actually so blown away, I’ll go to the bathalto location. You lost an amazing employee that went so far over and above for someone who couldn’t care a less for anyone. Dits on his phone behind the counter.

Great store, close to home!
One complaint: When they started doing Covid-19 tests in the drive-thru the cars behind them never have a clue as to what the holdup is. There were 3-4 cars behind me that simply left. Bad idea! After sitting in line forever, I finally drove around and got in another line inside the store.

I ordered dark chocolate cashews on line, 10 cans. I received 8 cans dark and 2 cans milk chocolate. I called to see if I could exchange them, Denise said yes as soon as they get more in. They never get more than 2 cans in a week. I have ordered this many before and not had a problem. Someone needs to pay closer attention. I order this many to get free shipping, now I have to drive up there to exchange them.

The CVS in Wood River has great customer service. My favorite person is John who is always going over and beyond the call of duty. Good help is so hard to find these days in our digital age. So, when you find someone who makes everyone feel special you have to give them a "high five" for excellent service. Keep up the good work!

I have not been able to receive my prescribed medication to alleviate long term symptoms for over 1 week now due to pharmacy incompetence in ordering. Switching pharmacies as we speak. This CVS drops the ball when it comes to patient care.

I have been a customer of CVS in Woodriver Il for several years. I have watched the service decline. There are a couple of workers there that are great. The rest are horrible. That includes the pharmacist. You are not allowed to speak to the pharmacist and more than one person claims to be the pharmacist.

This CVS has done a complete turn around, I use to DRED coming in, they have a new manager and every time I speak to her she makes me feel SO MUCH more comfortable. She's nice and helps me with ANYTHING I need. I don't see just angry workers with attitudes anymore or a dirty store, it definitely looks more organized and I use to have to walk around to find someone to help me and now there's always someone at the front!!!! 10/10 KEEP THESE IMPROVEMENTS COMING PLEASE!!! I will definitely come here more often now!

I was in the store around 9 am on 11/12/22, mind you if was about 32 degrees outside so I had a skull cap on. As I walked in the sales lady had this uncomfortable look on her face and didn't speak. I proceeded to get the things I needed and get checked out at the self check out. I noticed and customer comes in and that same sales lady greeted them loudly. I don't know why I wasn't greeted in the same manner. But the only difference I see is I'm an African American and the other person was not. We both have money thats known to be green or using a small card. Our money spends the same and should not be treated differently. I hada problem with her before but I ignored it, but not anymore. It's almost 2023 stop with the racial profiling.

Every time I pick up my medications here the pharmacy staff is pleasant and helpful. Had to deal with workman’s comp for a work-related surgery my fiancé had to have, and the pharmacist on staff was so helpful and nice and helped me feel less stressed with the situation!
