“I moved Illinois from New York in 2009 and for some reason I got Casey's pizza for the first time in 2024 and I've been told to try it for years. I don't know if they put crack in it but it's one of the best pizzas in the area especially from a gas station better than Papa John's, Domino's and Pizza Hut. The pizza is fire!! . And the staff is always nice and polite. This is my go-to spot for pizza because it's really good and the price ain't bad.”

“The CVS in Wood River has great customer service. My favorite person is John who is always going over and beyond the call of duty. Good help is so hard to find these days in our digital age. “Great store, close to home!
One complaint: When they started doing Covid-19 tests in the drive-thru the cars behind them never have a clue as to what the holdup is. There were 3-4 cars behind me that simply left. Bad idea! After sitting in line forever, I finally drove around and got in another line inside the store.”
