I used love Berts. Bought few things from them. Had falling out couple years ago. I decide too try them again since Rent 1 didn’t have what I needed a year long wait do to Covid. I’m a big guy needed big man recliner. Got what they called a chair a half. It broke 3 times in less then 6 months. They fixed the first two times the 3rd time Jordan told me their wasn’t anything they could do. I had another 19 months to pay a was expected to pay for a broken recliner for rest of the time. I returned it. If you need rental furniture see Brian at Rent One in Alton they will treat you great the way Bert’s treated me when I first rented from them. I bought a tv fireplace tv a sound bar a sectional from them in the past. Now my business will go to Rent 1 if I need anything.

I absolutely love this place if they don't have it in stock if I ask him to get it for me and tell them what I want they get it for me no questions asked they got me a beautiful 13 inch iPad which I paid off and now they got me a beautiful PS5 excellent excellent store I recommend it to everybody

I was a customer for almost 4 years. I paid off a living room set, 2 TVs, and a bed set. May I mind you they charge triple the amount when it’s a leased agreement. I’ve been pretty loyal to them overall. Here it is the roughest time in the country due to covid19, I’m laid off, waiting on my unemployment, still trying to make ends meet in other areas. I had a washer and dryer set and an Xbox the last two things I was leasing. The agreement was if i paid my partial payment of 60$ i could continue to lease. I was late by a day and Jordan an employee there was beating at my door at 8am. Then he proceeded to want to fight. I had the money in my hand that they ask for. I’ve been late before and have always paid the late fees. So i owed 65$. They said they’d rather would have their merchandise instead. Fine by me. So much money invested into a company that doesn’t care about their customers just about the $$$$ instead.
