I have loved using Wood Dale Pharmacy for our in-clinic compounded medications. The prices are great and the customer service is even better! Very polite, quick responses, and do what they can for competitive pricing.

I started shopping around because of some customer service issues with another compounding pharmacy. I have been amazed at the prices compared to our previous supplier! The customer service is the best! So why only 4 stars? They don't do eye medications or injectables. The staff has been super helpful as I navigate the ordering process and are willing to price match if needed. Most of my orders have arrived within 3 days. If/when they start compounding eye drops and injectables, they'll get that fifth star!

We have been using Wood Dale Pharmacy for awhile and are very happy with the service and pricing we have received. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The turn around for our orders is also a great plus. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new pharmacy.

Before switching to Wood Dale, we had different medications all compounded with separate companies. It is great to be able to localize all of our compounding with Wood Dale. The small business feel is still alive at Wood Dale, we appreciate being able to call and speak directly to a pharmacist to answer any questions or to place an order. Their prompt shipping is also a delight so our patients and clients never have to worry about being out of their important medications. Pricing is great, and the few scripts we were getting cheaper with another company they price matched them. They care about the customer and make the world of compounding a breeze for our veterinary clinic.

We urgently needed very specific, uncommon medicine for our sweet girl. Wood Dale Pet Pharmacy went out of their way to order it and get it to us as quickly as possible. They were extremely kind and communicative throughout the entire process and we are incredibly grateful!

I was having my pets med sent to a different pharmacy till they ... let's just say messed up her refill frequency... I asked my dogs internist if she could send it here and she said yes . They called me and quoted me $40 more than the other pharmacy but said they would price match, which was so awesome of them, and I can pick it up . I don't live far . I picked up her med and felt something mooshy in the bag. I got it home and opened it up, they put a little squeaky watermelon toy in there for my dog . Come on now how cute is that??? They instantly have become my regular pet pharmacy:)
