I am a strong believer that gyms don't need to be big to assist one in getting fit. This place is a great example of that. It's clean, staff is friendly, and the indoor track and basketball courts are nice. If you're starting on your fitness journey or need a place to jog when the weather is awful, this quaint spot is ideal!

I love this little gym! It's cheap, it's local to Wood Dale, it could use a few more machines but there's only so much space. I would absolutely love a twisting ab machine for obliques, but that's the only thing this place is missing for necessities. It's not too packed, and the overall sense of community you get from here is amazing. It is beyond welcoming to New comers, and everyone is always so nice. Don't ever feel pressure to ask someone to spot check you, or help you out. I'd recommend this gym to anyone.

Its a great place to enjoy the family. The staff is very friendly. It has a nice jacuzzi for adults only and i personally love the airplanes flying so close.

Work out area is extremely small, track is like you are running in a circle. Lots of unused space. Better classes are offered when most people are working. Not progressive at all. Outside swimming pool. I can go on and on

I like the facility, yes it's small but has enough equipment to get the job done. Staff is usually friendly. Mornings are great and most patrons are nice and follow the rules. Unfortunately at night is a little different. Guests are constantly on their phones, some take their shoes off and do not follow all the rules that are posted all over the facility like don't drop the weights. I've belonged here for about 10 years now and would recommend the Fitness Studio to others. The place is clean and if you're serious about working out give this place a try.

Both of my boys are finishing their first year at the 2-yr & 3-yr Rainbow Playschool and I cannot recommend them enough! They have grown and learned so much this past year - it really made me grateful I decided to enroll them in preschool a few years early! From the front desk staff to Ms Andrea at the babysitting club to the AMAZING teachers - Mrs Marola, Ms Nimmer, Ms. A, Miss Karla, Miss Alexis, Ms D!! And can't forget Miss Melissa from kindergarten club (even though she doesn't teach my boys, she always greets them by name!) Special thanks to Ms Lamb for being as awesome as her staff, too. We already can't wait for next year

Such a wonderful staff here at WPD. So last night I forgot my cannon camera at the rest room after my kids PD class, and din't realize until this morning!! After frantically searching for it around my house and in my van, I called the park district and was told that they had it. Just wanted to say THANK YOU!! to the Janitor who found it and the staff members who kept it safe until I could come get it !!

The gym is alright, but they are lacking in almost everything. They have one bench available for the whole fitness studio, and the studio itself is very small. For $10 a month I can get a planet fitness membership which offers completely everything. Overall this place just needs to expand, and charge less.
