I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

The folks were nice but I still
found dog / cat hair in my car. I just got the car so I’m not sure which animal it’s from. I’m just annoyed because I assumed it would’ve been taken care of. Other than that the customer service was good.

Total scam, terrible job, l was charged double of what l was quoted by the owner. He said go look at the car and l found this. I would be happy to pay double if they did what he said they did. He said he shampooed the carpet, they didn't even vacuum the rear seats fold down, and they weren't touched. I would say get it in writing. He's a liar. He did charge me what he originally quoted me however it was a terrible job. Look at the pictures. Blow them up and you'll be shocked. I could have posted a hundred more but you see. Your workers are you business. You obviously didn't check the job. I'm really dissappointed.
