I went 5/7 to do the paperwork to get my son his passport. Michael was there to help. I noticed that he was like that with everyone that came in which was a great thing to see as not all USPS workers are nice( I have experience first hand the unwelcome feeling) .Thank you Michael for being kind!

The guy at the counter with the medium brown hair is always rude and never comprehends what you're trying to tell him of what you need to deliver a package or anything. He always has a nasty attitude. He told me that he cannot help me to reschedule a delivery for a USPS certified mail. Horrible customer service. I'm just going to go to a different post office from now on, I do not want to deal with him any longer

I moved and forwarded all my mail. I never got my mail for 8 months!! The office stinks badly of cheap air freshener. I get very bad migraines each time and all of me stinks of that so I have to wash my clothes and myself right after.bad attitude. Missing packages.

Mail is not being delivered along with packages. When reported you never hear back. 4 instances with packages and nothing.

Just went in to get a receipt for a package and there was 8 people in line with packages = only one person working the desk. I left after waiting 5 minutes and the line not moving at all.

What's going on at Wood Dale Post office? My neighbor moved and had to make multiple trips to get mail that wouldn't transfer to new address. 2 months later still not completely resolved. My mail was held for 2 weeks, supposed to get delivered, 1 week later my held mail is lost. While I was waiting today, a woman with 3 kids had been there 1.5 hours waiting for passports renewal. She had appointment but every customer that comes in takes precedent. She's rightfully upset but trying to be patient. I just left bc not urgent, I'll return tomorrow. Do you need more staff or more efficiency?!

Horrible, Horrible service!!! I made a passport appointment on 8/31. The man Michael totally lazy wouldn’t help me because he was going to lunch at 11:45… even thought I had an appointment. Instead of him trying to help me he proceeded to walk around and told me I had to make another appointment and come back. Didn’t even help at all. He was horrible horrible, horrible I will never be coming here again.
