They refused to tell you how much gas cost if you call them on the phone so we stopped going there.

The store had great employees before. Idk what happened ? but now everyone is mean and super rude,especially the girl with half black half blondish hair. So sad to see a store that had friendly employees go to this.

When you're standing in line and you offer the person before you not once but three times to go ahead of you and they say no it's okay and now you're in line and the person who works there who is taking your order is not very customer-friendly they make you feel from the vibe to hurry up like you're rushing you like it's ridiculous like hello you just sat there watching me asking the person that was before me if they could go ahead of me not once but three times and now you're going to sit there and make me feel some type of way that I have to feel rushed that is not really not good customer service skills on your behalf now did you hear the person say oh no that's fine go ahead of me now you are rushing your customer making them feel some type of way and feeling bad which should not be that should be with the way you should make your customer feel but you did I would say zero on customer service skills I would say get somebody that knows how to work customer service that's the only way you're going to receive business that along with some good marketing and your signs in your store are not in the correct spot which could be argued all of that and happened to be treated the way that I had to feel that is not right you need somebody that is going to properly represent your store and make sure things are done properly and know how to Market to get the person to come back do you have their now right at this very moment needs to be gone my opinion but or she needs to be fixed

Pretty much a 7-11 combined with a gas station. They have your usual items. The food is ok, not great. The burger I tried was dry...which includes the meat. A bit pricey too considering what you're buying. The staff was ok, not overtly friendly (just silent.)

Bad customer service special over the phone literally was asking a question about e85 and how much it is since they discontinued it and brought it back refused to tell me the gas price e85 price saying that their prices are private yet it's up on Google every 24 hours you would think you would answer customers question to get more business cuz if I were to go over there that's a 20-minute drive so I'd have to buy cigarettes and gas now they lose it to Marathon oh well that's 2 minutes from my house and no gas station has any problem telling me their prices except for the one on Devon and wooddale Road.

2nd time having issues with Thorntons. Pulled up to a pump and saw that the person before me got $1.08 on the pump and thought it was strange. So tried to pump the $20 worth of gas and the pump keeps clicking like the tank is full when I know it isn’t. I let the cashier know and asked if there was a problem with pump 17 and they said not that they know of but tells me that my money went back on the card. I had only pumped $3.00 of gas within the 5 minutes I was there. He tells me that I have to pay again which I did but then my $0.15 cent no longer applied so instead of getting my $0.20 I only got $0.05. Thanks Thorntons.

Clean store, gas prices are decent, don't expect hot food of any kind before 6am. They use to care but cocky manager in charge now. Go across the street
