I had a great experience at this company. There is a gentlemen that helped me with an order I picked up. He was very kind and helpful and really fast. I come here quite often but I never seen him their before, great job!

They've all turned into a bunch of jackasses since Covid-19. They used to be pleasant to deal with, now they're all just a bunch of angry employees. Find your stainless screws elsewhere, customer service here SUCKS!

This place used to be simple and nice to come to, but since the so-called pandemic hit they have totally lost their minds. Customer service is awful, it takes forever now to make pickups, and their staff went from kind of fun to grumpy and difficult. Find some other place to get your stainless fasteners as Star is no longer customer friendly nor worth the insanity as anymore.

0 stars deserved. Don't expect customer service if you call. I called Star Stainless based on a recommendation to speak to Tammy. I told her what I was looking for. She barely listened and immediately told me "we don't carry that". It was stainless 18-8 5/16-18 x 1 socket set cup point - readily available even at McMaster-Carr. I didn't realize that business was so good a company could afford to turn away a customer.
