This place is terrible.
They did my car window after a break in. There was still shattered glass all over the floors, in the Doors, in the backseat. I know the man working the front said there would be some pieces they couldn’t get, but I promise you they didn’t even try. Good thing I get to pay them to clean it, then go home and do it myself. Love the cut on my hand from when I dropped my phone under my seats. Under the seats weren’t touched. I specifically asked if they were going to clean it. They told me of course they would.
The only reason this place exists is because they have a stranglehold on insurance. Avoid if you can. Awful.

Much faster than expected. I booked an 8am appointment. There were about 3 or 4 other people booked at the same time. I was done by 910am. Young lady was nice, explained everything and made sure I had everything I needed before I left.

We had terrific and efficient customer service when our whole family had to delay the rest of our road trip because our car window was vandalized and my purse was stolen. They got us in right away and got us back on the road super fast. We could not be more thankful for them helped by us get back on track!

I called them to fix the little crack I had on my windshield but they came and made it bigger. Great work Safelite Wood Dale IL. I wanted them to fix my problem but they made it worst. I am trying to call the corporate to complain and nobody answers. Mine $160 problem is now over $1000. Great!!!

I am very impressed with Safelite Autoglass!! I dealt with Beverly and she was very professional, friendly and efficient!! Today I took my car there to get a chip fixed on my front car window and they were finished in less than an hour. I still need my back window fixed, but Beverly was great about keeping me informed that the delivery of the glass was delayed and I was able to reschedule my appointment. I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs!! Thanks so much, everyone!! These days it's hard to find places that are so professional, friendly and efficient!!

May appointment online. Took my car in the technician walk me through what they was going to do to the windshield. And had it ready in 45 minutes. It was a great service in the technician was very good.

My experience with Safelite was wonderful. After my back window cracked, I was able to make an appointment for repair online for the next day. The tech, Jose, was on time, friendly and efficient. He even pointed out some things on the car that I should have checked. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family.

From the first call to picking up my car today, great service.My first time with a rock hitting my windshield and I called my insurance company, on a Saturday. I was linked through to Safelite and an appointment was made for Monday morning. The crack was no bigger than a dime so it was sanded and resin put in. I cannot see it except from the inside where is there is a smudge. The people were were so nice on the phone and in person. I hope I never have to see them again, except to say hello! LOL

even though it's hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk through the phone, it was very easy to make the appointment anyways, and they completed the work within an hour. also very reasonably priced considering my car is brand new. would definitely recommend!
