Not from the area and had my car towed there to fix a couple tire flats. They immediately got on the situation and was able to repair it within an hour. Very friendly and supportive staff.

Revised review: Is not the same since Rich sold to new owner. Would not recommend anymore. ? Original review: we just moved to the area and have had to take our SUV to Rich's a couple times already. We chose them based on their proximity and the reviews online. We have to say we are happy so far with their service! The pricing seems fair and the guys there are courteous and explain things very well. They are also pretty quick to get the job done, which is a plus.

I dropped in to see if my flat tire was repairable and the service was excellent. The gentleman who greated me was friendly and was able to get a technician to check it out and fix it right away. I was offered water, coffee and tea while I waited. Definitely would come back!

I had my car towed here today because my tire blew out. The service was exceptional the prices were extremely fair and the owner was so sweet. I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you need tires or service.

Fire stone Wooddale location is the best! The owner is very informative, professional and kind, the workers have the same work ethic very honest, thoughtful and kind most of all they do excellent work on both mine and my husband’s cars. Excellent automotive shop with fair, honest, and straightforward prices. No Bull and no attempts to upsell. They provided quick, and excellent service. The mechanics and owner were knowledgeable and very pleasant. Glad I found a shop I can trust.

The service went great. The guy at the counter made some recommendations and let me know the thread life left on my tire. Also recommend some.of thejr tires. The only issue I had was that I called twice, and they did not answer.

Don't let the inexperienced intern that's working under minimum wage try to do a valve cover gasket job. You are better off going to a reputable shop like a REAL Firestone like the one in 2015 Bloomingdale Rd, Glendale Heights, IL 60139.
They will not let a rookie even near your engine and transmission. There are schools to learn how to do work like Universal Technical Institute and Lincoln Tech, don't try to teach workers on customer's cars.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Niazi today. He went above and beyond to diagnose my problem, get the part there quickly and get it done same day. He and his team made sure my car was safe to drive and even went as far as to show me the issue and what may need to be fixed in the future. This Firestone Auto ProCare is unlike any other.
