I retired from a Quest Location in Michigan. I am reviewing the main lab in Wood Dale, Il. I have been on hold for over 25 minutes waiting to find out where my lab results are. The test I am waiting for is simple and basic and should be done by the day after it was drawn. Results are still pending and there is no reason for them not to be done. The fact that I have been on hold this long is infuriating and terrible customer service. I won't go to Quest again.

This is a wonderful location with knowledgable tech. I did not wait long and they provided all the necessary care. I love this location because it is in the medical building where my docotrs are located.. I love it!

I had the pleasure of speaking to shadma at quest wooddale IL location, sorry may have spelled name wrong! She was the only Quest representative who was able to help solve my issue about a missing specimen. True example of an employee who cares, she has gained a raving fan and deserves a big raise!

Somehow, they keep "losing" my insurance information. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! The young lady acted like she did not want to be there. Do us all a favor and QUIT! PLEASE TAKE your NASTY, RUDE, and LAZY behind to a factory, and you won't have to deal with people! Quest, you all SUCK!

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and I'm over 50 years old. This young lady in Montgomery Alabama at Chantilly Pkwy needs immediate training on how to deal with people, or she needs to be fired. She is rude, uncaring, mean, and rude to the highest level. She is a great example of what not to do when dealing with people.

ATTENTION CORPORATE: DO SOMETHINGWORST customer service and billing department. Account already been paid since February 2023.Still they keep sending the bill. Its already July 2023. Worst thing they send me another bill lately w/c double the amount of the original bill. You need a good accountant to balance your spread sheets. Every time I talked to customer service about this, they asked me to e mail the proof payment, and I did, but Nothing been done until now. I have all the dates , time , lab coat no. and the names of the customer service I spoke to. FRUSTRATING.

The estimator for the Qnatal test is deceptive. For me it said $0, then I got a bill for over $500. The estimator assumes you have met your deductible and that the test is deemed medically necessary (which it is not for most healthy people). I had called to verify with a human who gave me the same estimate and didn't mention any of this. The company and their agents certainly know this information. So it's clear to me they purposely don't tell you so that you go through with an optional test which you wouldn't have done if you had known the actual price. Never trust an estimate from Quest and call your insurance!

I agree with other reviewers who say this company has the worst customer service ever. They charge you and never refund. There is no accountability or follow through and no way to escalate the matter. I was charged $50 and everytime I call I get a different story. Today I stayed on for 1&1/2 hour got transfered to some of the most incompetent people on the call and then final got hung up on. Someone should look into their corporate practices and see how many people got defrauded

Excellent Service all the way around. From the draw to the transport. Yes....I stuck around to see how my classified frozen draw was transported. Dry Ice....exactly how it supposed to be. And Gabriel....the Driver....was more than happy to explain everything in detail.Thanks Quest!!!!!Thats a Good Job by you.

Gave false results, and when calling about information on results customer service hangs up or keeps you in hold forever. I am currently waiting on someone to pick up the phone and I have been waiting for 1.5 hours already. Called earlier and was told that they dont give information about test and was given a phony number. This company is a joke

Billed me for charges individually that were paid via doctor. Challenged the bill and doctors office sent back through for reprocessing. They tell doctor it is all taken care but now I get a bill for the first charge and the reprocessing so double the cost. Challenging the bill seems to have no effect and they do not resolve

FRAUDS. They double charged me on each test I have had done by about $300 and no one has been able to help remove those charges. Customer service will only transfer you to another number which will put you on hold for over 30 minutes and still not pick up. the email contact option does not work. And i have still not gotten my test results after 2 months!!! They have no issue directing you to payment but dont seem to care about the actual tests or getting the numbers right.

Horrible. WORST customer service imaginable. Long wait times, promised 4 call backs from supervisor and NEVER happened. I would NOT use QUEST for anything. Lots of other choices out there that appreciate your business more.
