I was in there today, and felt stuffy/hot. Was the air conditioner not working? Perhaps it was broken because they had the door opened. I really hope that it gets fixed asap because of the animals :(

Very rude young man at checkout today. I said hello but he said nothing, just gave me a bold stare. Handed me my receipt over his shoulder. No thank you. Not a good look for your store. I'll find another Petco

Love coming here on my days off, they’re always stocked with everything I could ever need and their betta fishes are always healthy and alive for the most part. I bought 4 from them previously and they’re all doing very well. Bought 2 king bettas and recently bought a baby girl betta. Often buy cat litter, overall aquatic and feline products.

You really need to update your in-house technology. I am a monthly member but older and not a tech lover. I can’t get through the check out without a major hassle. I’m considering dropping the program and going back to Pet Supplies Plus.
