As a company who has used MNX (Formerly NGL), it pains me to say that they have become extremely unreliable in all facets of their service. Their customer service agents seem to be guessing at times, their pickups are delayed or processes changed without notifying the customer, the deliveries are delayed because of unknown embargos on products in which the commodity has been clearly outlined and presented for them. I a world where delivery expectations are higher then ever, they are not meeting our needs and we'll be looking into other options.
