I did my blood work at Neelyx Labs and had a great experience! The phlebotomist was very patient and friendly. I usually get very nervous about getting my blood drawn but this was fast and easy.

My doc asked me to get some blood work done and I live nearby, so I called and they said to just come in. There was no wait and the phlebotomist was very kind. I also did their study, so all the blood work was free!

Though it is a relatively new lab, its staff is very dedicated, organized and professional. During the peak of the pandemic, they managed to cater to the high demand of testing and delivered results on time and even earlier than promised. One of their staff I met today, *****, took the time to explain the whole process and patiently answered all my questions. Hes passionate about what he does. The place is nice and clean, easy to access, and with plenty of parking. I can see why more and more people are choosing to go there.

Super friendly and nice. Would recommend here for travel pcr tests. The nice lady even offered to swab my nose. If you arrive in the morning, they might ask you to enter from the back door.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Labs have competitive prices out there but Neelyx's is reasonable. Had to have my dad get a pcr test for his travel. I sent them an email to set an appointment & also ask questions & they were quick to respond! Staff was very patient and pleasant at the time of appointment. Results were fast! Received it through email & staff was very accommodating that in case my dad's information was ever entered wrong, to call them so they can fix it.A very satisfied customer here. Don't waste your time looking for other labs, give Neelyx a call and you won't regret it.

The service was good at first I was tested on 1/8/22 it has been a week as of today 1/16/22 and I still have not received my results. I have called left messages went on line left messages no has bothered to contact me. ?

Still awaiting PCR results which were supposed to have been available within 72 hours. Dropped of my collection on Sunday, 1/9/2022. I phoned the afternoon of 1/13 and was told I should expect my results that night or the morning of 1/14 and as of 3:30 pm I have not received my results.

I had the best expirence with these staff, very helpful and kind. Regular test RT - PCR the next morning even as they said it could be 72 hours. they saved my nerves, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quick result. Thank you.

Came here for a PCR test before Christmas, I still haven't received any results via email. Two weeks later with no results, good thing I wasn't going anywhere that I needed to have them. The staff seemed very friendly but if you don't receive the results, what is the point of taking the test?

They do their best to fit you in, even when busy. Fastest turnaround times for a COVID test I’ve seen - way better than CVS
