My car died and NAPA had the exact battery I needed when another competitor didn't have any in stock there or any other local stores. Check out wad quick and precise and the gentleman that helped us was amazing. Wish I got his name all it read on the receipt was associate # 2! He was kind and helpful!

Guys on the phone chit chatting and I am standing at the desk waiting for help for last 5 min and no one is assisting . Not sure why phone calls are more important that customers at the store .
