I don’t even know where to begin but finding this company on google was such a blessing! I’m a freelance makeup artist and I was heading to a job when I entered a parking garage while I was trying to find an address and accidentally slipped into a small ditch! I was frantic, I called my husband but quickly realized I need professional help. I tried so many methods and still couldn’t get my car out. I was scared I would have to cancel on my client! I called 3 towing company’s and they all said they were too busy due to the storm! Finally, I called Montalvos and was quickly greeted by a nice man who promised to meet me in 20 min. 19 min later he was there! I was so impressed. When he showed up he was so friendly and kind! I felt so silly and he assured me it could happen to anyone! Which honestly were the words I needed to hear in that moment. He got to work super quickly and within 10 min he got my car out. He was so careful to not cause my car any damage and reassessed the situation when needed and sure enough my car was perfectly fine. I NEVER write reviews but when someone is so incredibly kind in your time of need, it truly turns a sour situation into a beautiful reminder that there’s still good people in our world!
