“We have visited this Sybaris several times just for my spouse and I can enjoy the jacuzzi and steam room and relax as well as for a few of our wedding anniversaries. We have never been disappointed. It's always clean, inviting and relaxing. We love the shower/steam room combo we had this last time. That was amazing! “Rooms and service is great but just that they charge extra for everything. Even complimentary water bottles are charged, parking is $30 a night which is little expensive even when you’re staying at the hotel.

“Very good Hampton Inn, located immediately next to O‘Hare Airport.The inside of the hotel was just recently renovated, so everything from the reception, the hallways, and the rooms looked refreshed and contemporary.I especially appreciated the spacious gym with free weights up to 75lbs, as well as kettlebells, and free water bottles (most hotel gyms barely have 50lb dumbbells and a closet-sized workout area.)”

“We were charged more than quoted on the phone. The room was OK, but they refused to let us have a pull away bed.
Beds lack blankets, too. It's super cold because you only get a sheet.
We did have a clean room and a nice lady who checked us in. Breakfast was free, classic, generic, American hotel breakfast.
There's a pool and fitness room here, too. Also it was quiet and nice for sleeping.
I'd say be sure to double-check pricing. We were quoted 130 dollars less on the phone. I was disappointed.”

“Love, love, loved the Drake in oak Brook. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional, the room service was awesome and the food was so delicious. Ricky was our valet attendant he went about and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend the Drake in Oak Brook we were so happy, were going back to rent a suite for the weekend. “Very clean hotel. Staff is wonderful. See how many McDonald's golden arches you spot through the halls. The only complaint I have is there aren't any microwaves in the room. Otherwise this hotel has it all. A pool, a sauna and a steam room and a 24/7 gym all free of charge to you. There's also nice hiking/biking trails around the property. They even have bikes you can ride weather permitting!”

“I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mt. Prospect, IL. I requested a room on the top floor with a balcony, and they were able to accommodate my request with only a minimal additional fee, which I was aware of in advance. The room exceeded my expectations—it was absolutely impeccable, and the balcony added a nice touch to the overall experience. The hotel also offers secure parking in a private garage beneath the building, which made coming and going a breeze.
Although I only stayed one night after attending a wedding, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast served until 10 AM. I didn’t have a chance to use all the amenities, but I noticed they have a gym, pool, and lounge areas that would definitely enhance a longer stay. Overall, I was very impressed and would absolutely book here again if I needed to stay in the area!
Rooms: The room itself was impeccable and far exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable with plush pillows and high-quality linens. The balcony was a great bonus, offering a nice view and a peaceful spot to relax.
The bathroom was modern and spotless, with a large walk-in shower and plenty of counter space. There was also a sitting area with a cozy armchair and a desk if you needed to get any work done. The room had all the essential amenities—fast Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The attention to detail in both the decor and cleanliness was impressive, making it feel like a real home away from home.
Food and drinks: This hotel has a mini-bar open until 12AM each night. You can buy single cans of beer/wine and other beverages or snacks.”

“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”

“The rooms were very nice ( everything seemed new)and the bedding was comfortable. The heat/AC worked well. Daily breakfast was very good and the workers there constantly watched to refill any empty serveware or carafes. I saw many hard working people. I was especially glad to see they made gluten free bread available for breakfast and kept allergies in mind for their guests. Reasonable prices and good service! The only thing I missed was that you could not “cast” on the TV as it advertised, but we really didn’t watch enough TV for it to matter.”

“There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”

“Quiet location, but still a bit of a drive to 94, but worked for my needs. Area felt safe and there was a lot of things around. Room was clean, but had a slight damp smell from the AC unit. Beds, bedding, mattress pad and mattress were clean when I checked for ged bugs…no bed bugs either! Bathroom appeared clean. Security lock on door was falling out of door jamb and needed repaired and I thought that should have been noted by housekeeper and fixed between guests. Room was large. Staff was friendly. Just had fruit and yogurt for breakfast, but looked better than typical hotel breakfast food. I do not stay at Hilton Garden Inns often, but will look for them more after this stay.
Rooms: Bigger than expected. Bed was comfortable with a firm but cushioned mattress. Housekeeping did a good job. Mini fridge had a small freezer which was great for an ice pack.”

“We arrived here from Pennsylvania. Ernesto is so kind and friendly just like the rest of the staff and the manager were exceptional. The staff at the front desk smiled and greeted us. Outstanding! They went above and beyond. We had no issues. Our room was super clean from the bed to the floors and bathroom. We felt so comfortable, no loud noises, nice parking. We were so relaxed. The breakfast was good and the lobby looked nice. There is a Greek restaurant walking distance and the mall was close by too. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!! “Was looking for a hotel close to training facility. This place was close by. Strange front desk experience. Not the most energetic crew. Weird energy. Large hotel that offers breakfast for $15/ea unless part of your package. Food is average to a holiday inn continental. Restaurant and bar open 5-9. I traveled with 4 other co-workers. Room layout was the same, but 3 of us had different shower setups. Oldy but goody if you're looking for a solid place. (rooms have windows to the hallways, now covered).”
