If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They had my car for half a year and then returned it without the coolant attached. When the car broke down and had to be fixed out of state they refused to cover the charges for their mistake. The bill was $500 and they got an attorney involved instead of reimbursing me the $500 after the total bill was over $15,000 for what they were supposed to fix from the get-go. The owner will give you the complete runaround for months and your vehicle will not be fixed correctly. This place is an absolute dump. I wouldn't even go here to have my oil changed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Services: Body & Trim

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Exdents Auto Body, and I must say that their communication and customer service left a lot to be desired. From the very beginning, I encountered difficulties in getting my concerns addressed and receiving updates.Firstly, the receptionist's attitude was far from welcoming. When I called and went in to inquire about the status of my vehicle, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist. It felt as if my questions were an inconvenience, and I was made to feel like a bother rather than a valued customer. She constantly said she would call with an update but I guess the phone is broken as no calls were ever received.Furthermore, the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. days would pass without any updates, and when I attempted to reach out to the shop, I was met with unreturned calls and unanswered questions. It seemed like they had no interest in keeping me informed about anything.To make matters worse, my interactions with Randy, were nothing short of disappointing. His unprofessional demeanor and dismissive attitude towards my concerns were unacceptable. When I tried to discuss some issues with the work, he brushed me off and even suggested that I was being overly critical.Overall, my experience with Exdents Auto Body was deeply unsatisfactory due to their poor communication and subpar customer service. The lack of transparency and the unhelpful attitude of both the receptionist and Randy made the entire process needlessly stressful. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and a more proactive approach to addressing my concerns.I cannot recommend Exdents Auto Body based on this experience, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere for any future auto body needs. Good communication and customer service are essential in any business, and unfortunately, Exdents fell short in both areas. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work on improving their services to avoid disappointing other customers in the future

Recently I took my car to Exdents Collision Repairs, in Wood Dale, Illinois. My car had been rear ended in the Jewel Foods Store parking lot. With approximately $2,400, in damages. Randy, at Exdents was very polite and professional, he wrote an estimate, and we agreed that he would call me when the parts came in. A few days later the parts were in. Randy stated that since my car was still drivable, it would save me time and money for a rental car, if he painted the bumper first, wait a day or two for the bumper to dry, then bring the car for repairs. So, I picked out the paint color, then Randy and his crew did the rest. It only took one day for Randy and his crew to complete the repairs. Exdents just completed a repair on my Range Rover and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Randy and Victoria were excellent at explaining the process, communicating with the insurance company, procuring a part that no other repair shop could find, executing the repair and also assisted with securing a rental vehicle for me. No action after a week. Called and was told I would receive a call back. No call. Insurance company has not heard from them. I’m taking my car to another body shop.
Edit: Surely you don’t expect me to provide my personal and vehicle information in a public review. That’s ridiculous. We are now a month out and my vehicle has been repaired by another body shop but Exdents still has not contacted me or my insurance company. I’ll certainly contact you, the owner, but I think instead of sitting around responding to Google reviews, you guys should spend that time working on your customer service.
