Never coming back. Zero integrity and no idea what they are doing. Wanted to open an account and cd but after an hour of waiting staff still couldn’t figure out their system.

This really is a horrible branch. They are so slow, they will have all tellers at the counter & then no one at the drive through (if you still use such a thing). I get training new employees, but when you have a line, maybe take care of the customers here on their lunch break & in a hurry 1st, then take time to explain things to the trainee. They also aren't the most pleasant people to deal with either. I am either going to a different branch, or changing banks completely. Shame, I used to really like this bank.

It's been more than 4 months now that their ATM machines still don't work, you can't deposit any money at all, only to take cash out, they supposedly updated their machines and for what? Even the one inside doesn't work. The staff knows but won't do anything about it. It's only this place.

Pretty horrific interpretation of customer service. BMO is not a great brand to begin with, but this location is exceptionally mediocre.

Worst location on the planet!!!!! Used to be good, but then the new "manager" showed up with a bunch of idiots who don't know anything about their jobs and don't care about customers' service! They are RUDE, and don't want you inside the bank so they don't have to do anything all day and the " manager" who should not be incharge of a hot dog stand let's them get away with it!

There was fraud on my debit card so I called BMO and they told me they would cancel my debit card and I can go into my local branch to get a new debit card on the same day...cut to the part where their debit card machine wasn’t working, they told me I needed to wait until tomorrow, couldn’t get me cash because the branch closed at 5pm, and then really had absolutely no remorse that they couldn’t help me. I mentioned that I don’t carry cash and that I rely on my debit card exclusively...”Oh, we’re sorry...” What, we’re sorry? I raised a stink and they looked like a bunch of deer looking in headlights. Sorry, but when you really need help with something and can’t come through, you are really useless in my eyes.

This bank is so slow understand the circumstances but the drive though is the worst I have ever experienced.. if your not going to have the inside open put enough people on to handle the drive though..

Not a customer friendly bank. Scenarios below: When we opened a checking account, they offered a $100 bonus after 90 days. After 90 days, we did not receive our bonus. It took multiple phone calls to get that fixed. Accidentally overdrafted by paying off our credit card out of the wrong account. I did not receive a notification that the account went negative until FOUR DAYS later. During that time, we had made two measly purchases at Target. So we received three overdraft charges of $35. The first one was our fault (credit card). But they refused to refund the other two unless I opened a line of credit or savings account even though it's THEIR system that is slow on sending notifications. We have other accounts with Anchorbank, First National and TCF and never have had any issues with customer service. I would not recommend doing business with BMO. They don't care to keep your business. I will be closing my account with them.
